If this is true, it would make sense, since we already know that the flashback will involve Regina and Cora. Either this is before “The Stable Boy”, or this could be the story of how Cora kidnapped Henry Sr and took him to Wonderland.

Could be an AU in which the villains get their happy endings, meaning Cora has her heart and raises both of her daughters.
