Regina’s SB memories?

So did Regina have both set’s of memories, her FT and SB? Or did she just have knowledge on how to use our world tec, or did she have to learn it?

Clearly, she still had her FT memories when she woke up in the town but probably, she had to learn some of our technology. I really wish there had be a scene of her trying to figure out some kind of technology in our world and failing miserably. 😆 I’m disappointed in Adam and Eddie for not doing that.

Or maybe it was like the rest of town, where along with their fake memories, the curse gave them knowledge of how things worked. But I’m hoping that Regina had to learn stuff.
