Welcome home, everyone!!
Tonight we saw a lot of reunions as our heroes landed back in Storybrooke! Ariel and Eric, Rumple and Belle, The Floof Family, the Darlings, ect.
What was your favorite reunion? What was your favorite moment of the whole opening scene?

I lived seeing Belle and Rumple share a look when he stepped off the boat. That was a good moment. I was a little let down though. I wanted Neal and Belle to be formally introduced and share some dialogue or something. Other than that Im glad to see them together again and that Neal has his papa.
The Rumbelle and Floof Family ones were amazing. When Nealfire put his head against Rumple’s after giving him back the cane and Belle was there for Floof family reunion…god. I just died.

I don’t know, I felt like it was a case where they didn’t have enough time to develop more for their reunion, and just tacked it on to the beginning of this episode. Like, I would have thought that Eric would have asked about why Ariel stood him up, instead of just instantly kissing her without even saying much. I’m glad they at least showed the reunion, rather than having them already reunited offscreen.

I wished they had talked instead of just kissed. In my head I pictured:
Ariel: “I’m sorry I hurt you Eric. But I’m a mermaid.”
Eric: “I know. There’s a movie about us”
Ariel: “What’s a movie?” (parallel to 301)

After reading this, I seriously wish you had written that scene for the show RG!
The above gif is just PERFECTION though & I just melt when I see MRJ smile in those scenes with the Darlings.The topic ‘Reunions!’ is closed to new replies.
