I believe Tamara’s parents are Robin Hood and Maid Marian. He stole the magic wand to heal his pregnant wife, and then they somehow realm-jumped to our world, where Tamara was born. So, she is like Henry, who is from our world, but whose parents are from the EF. Tamara also wants to steal magic, but her intentions are more questionable.

Calling it right now, yes! Tamara is the daughter of Marian and Robin. I’m gonna be doing my happy dance.

She may have been born here, making her American.
Notice how we never saw Robin or Marian in SB.

Oh, I know. I’m just amused by this.
In all fairness, having more people escape the Curse to our land is more or less a given because of Henry. Of the three that are accounted for, Emma was the one to give him up for adoption, Neal had no idea he was a father until recently and August was already in Phuket when Henry was born; since neither Rumple nor Regina could’ve left town to retrieve the baby, it only makes sense that at least one more person escaped it and he/she was the one to deliver him to Regina. My only worry is that they’ll do this so often it’ll become the norm rather than the exception, which’ll eventually make Snow, Charming, and everyone else look foolish that they were cursed at all.
If Robin and Marian do end up being Tamara’s parents, I’ll have to say, though, that they’re pretty crappy ones for their supposed daughter to go around killing people and being an all-around manipulative.
I don’t have a clue. I guess that the baby could be related to Tamara somehow. The only other character that is really slated to be introduced is Peter Pan, which would be weird, but I guess not unheard of. Or could it be the boy who is to be Rumple’s undoing?
I think the baby IS Tamara.

Nah it couldn’t be. I think Tamara is just Tamara and wouldn’t the baby be much younger than what she is

I believe Adam and Eddy have confirmed that Regina could have left SB at any point, since she wasn’t cursed. She always had her true identity, so leaving wouldn’t have any ill effect on her. It’s possible Mr. Gold procured Henry simply by telling Regina about him and then she left for Arizona to retrieve baby Henry.

I think Tamara somehow was taken or isolated from her parents and raised by her grandmother. Something bad happened to them. I mean, why was Marain close to death anyhow? Why could only fairy magic save her unless it was some sort of dark magic that made her ill? I think Tamara hates dark magic because of what it might have done to her parents.
