Not if Tamara was born in our world. Robin Hood and Marian could be realm-jumpers. It’s been 29 years, and Tamara was not living in a cursed in a town where time was frozen. You’d expect the baby to be the age that Tamara is, which is around 30.

Most timelines that I have looked at have Rumbelle in FTL about two years before the curse happens, but at the very least nine months give or take (because of Cinderella). That means that the baby would have had to have been born in FTL or baby and mother transported to our world before the curse. Either way that never puts Tamara in Storybrooke where time was frozen.

I think Robin, Marian (still pregnant) got out of FTL before the Curse hit and Tamara was born here in America. Thus why A and E can be sneaky in interviews and say that Tamara is from here. Technically, if she was born here…then she is.

That could work, and would be really interesting. Especially after Rumple’s warning about the wand, and the fact that all magic comes with a price. He didn’t exact the price on RH and Marian, so the other foot is bound to fall. Anyone think it could have made the child magical?

Do we know for certain what the wands will do and won’t do?
And I’m not 100% convinced the baby is Robin Hood’s. The Sheriff seems to have a claim on Marian as well.

Then how could she talk to the Heart with the Huntsman beside she may have carried a little over after the curse. But the Sheriff could get the baby right because he had no heart that wouldn’t effect him ❓

I don’t see Regina leaving town to do anything she always had someone help her.

I think it’s the same way that the scarf and Hook’s hook can work outside of SB. The effects of magic still work, but casting actual magic doesn’t work.

Because wouldn’t all the fairies leave if that was the case they all had wands why go with the curse then? We can ask the BF as apparently the have power and then they don’t 😆

As Belle begged Rumple to spare the life of Robin Hood she said, “You are not the kind of man to leave a child fatherless.” IF that child is Robin’s, and that child is Tamara, then she and Neal are connected in more than one way. Besides being engaged in our world, Rumple’s actions would have left Tamara fatherless just as Baelfire was left fatherless by Rumple’s actions. It was Belle’s plea which evoked Rumple’s sense of grief over losing Baelfire that caused him to spare Robin Hood’s life and prevented Tamara from being without a dad (if the baby in question is Tamara). Given the writers’ love of inter-connections between characters, I’m 90% sure the baby is Tamara.
