THR: How does she move her way up the ladder?
McGowan: Rumple plays a big part in that. He shows her how to get ahead. You have to watch the episode to see. It’s not Hollywood; it’s Once Upon a Time, so it’s a little more layered

I love Rose McGowan just for saying things like that. 😎

Agreed. What an awesome quote! She seems very down to earth in this interview. Can’t wait to see her back on TV this Sunday (I love Charmed).

here is a scene where it turns out I can’t give Rumple what he wants. It was an incredibly emotional scene for both of us, and it was really beautiful. That scene stood out for me, probably my favorite.

I think the scene she is actually referring to is how she refuses to give up Regina to him.

I actually think it’s a mix of the two. I think Rumple wants Cora and baby Regina to come with him and she flat out refuses to go with him and refuses to give him Regina. And thus, the feud.

THR: Is there a scene we should look out for?
McGowan: There is a scene where it turns out I can’t give Rumple what he wants. It was an incredibly emotional scene for both of us, and it was really beautiful. That scene stood out for me, probably my favorite.

I was left wondering whether Cora couldn’t give Rumple love or whether she simply refused to give him her firstborn child, Regina. Perhaps both.

With every report that keeps coming out, I grow more and more anxious for this episode, which really makes no sense given the amount of spoilers I read….

This was an incredibly well-done interview. How much heartbreak is Rumple supposed to stand?? Is it Sunday yet? YES!!!
