Well, I got to keep myself occupied during the hiatus. 🙂 Here is a RumBelle poem:

Just a Cup: A RumBelle poem
    He comes again.
    That man stands there,
    hollowed eyes,
    tousled hair,
    crooked walk,
    desperate stare.

    Words of magic,
    healing hand,
    sifting memories
    like beads of sand,
    tales of life
    in an enchanted land.

    Locked away
    in my padded cell
    Brought up knowing
    I am not well,
    and now this man
    screams at me, “Belle!”

    Go away, sir,
    Leave me be!
    Take your chipped cup
    and go have tea!
    Your crazy talk
    is scaring me!

    Scattered shards
    when cup meets floor,
    Cannot take it anymore.
Send him limping out the door.

    Little bits of china
    across from where I sit
    Heartache in his eyes
as if he has been hit
But a little cup is just a cup.
    Isn’t it?
