RUMBELLE = RICHARD AND ELISE

If Belle finds Gold in FTL and then they are separated again by the curse, I envision their parting to go like this, from the most romantic movie ever, Somewhere in Time:
In the movie, Richard goes back in time to find his True Love, Elise. He wears period clothing, has a period hair cut – everything about him screams 1912.  In one of the climactic scenes, they are in his bedroom having a picnic and making plans for the future, when a penny falls out of his pocket. It’s a penny from 1982. Just this one touch of modernity is enough to send Richard fading back to his own time. As he fades away, Elise screams out his name……..”RICHARD…………………RICHARD……………….”.  The poor man wakes up sweating and spends days trying to get back to her. I won’t spoil the ending, but the point is that I  can see Rumbelle being reunited only to be parted yet again…….and yes, I can see Belle (and/or Gold) screaming as they lose each other.

The movie, by the way, is magnificent and the music is devastatingly beautiful
