So we leave season two with Rumbelle separated yet again but to me this means that Belle will have an important role in protecting Storybrooke possibly she may even learn to use magic? Also if she does learn to use magic maybe she’ll learn to use a certain magic mirror to be able to see Rumple while he’s off in Neverland. Think back to this 😀

I really hope that theory comes to life, I truly do. Belle needs more importance as a character. The magic mirror would be SUPERB. I would love that! It would make the Rumbelle story arc more complete!

Rumple definitely knows more than he is letting on about Tamara and Greg. He knows they are pawns and that Peter Pan needs to be feared. I think he have had a part in establishing a prophecy about Henry being the one that the Shadow needs.

I think he also left Belle to protect her from Peter because he’s not sure he can beat him

Ahhh. I see. I like how you think. He did say that he is to be feared by everyone…

I really hope you’re right but I cannot emphasize enough that they’ve put too many ball into the air and it hurt them the first half of this season.
For season two part one we had:
    FTL of the past
    FTL of the present
    SB of the present

And it hurt them because casual viewers got confused.

If you’re right about Belle playing a big role then suddenly we’ve got:
    FTL of the past
FTL of the present with Neal and MAP
    NL of the past
    NL of the present
    SB of the present

Rumple didn’t know he was going to NL until after he told Belle to stay behind and he used the globe thing.

But he seemed pretty certain as to who GOAT worked for, and warned the others they should be scared of that being. Maybe Mr Gold never got around to reading Peter Pan? Doesn’t know that Pan lives in Neverland? Or he just had his suspicions confirmed when Hook said the island visage on the globe was Neverland??

But he did seems sure about who Greg & Tamara were working for I just feel like he wanted her as far away from that as possible

If he is protecting her from NL, PP and THO (wow that’s a lot of acronyms) then that’s sweet but it also means that they won’t be reunited anytime soon since I don’t see the danger going away anytime soon. I am under the impression that the danger posed by THO is going to be a season long thing.
