Rumple reunion!!!!!

I absolutely WORSHIP Mr. Gold and Belle’s scenes. I’m still surprised by how many scenes they actually got. I never ship fictional couples, so this pairing has really made an impact on me. The look on Mr. Gold’s face is what touched me the most. He looked as if he was staring at a ghost. And I guess in his eyes he was. He was probably expecting his hand to go right through her when he touched her shoulder. 😆

I just realized, first time re-watching the finale, Belle only remembered because Emma broke the curse and the pretty-rainbow went through her. I was disappointed before that we didn’t get to see why Belle suddenly remembered while she was walking in the woods with Rumpel. But I’m still hoping there’s a deleted scene of Belle suddenly remembering.

I think Belle remembered as she was walking through the forest with Rumpel. Just before she said “wait” she was walking with her shoulders kind of hunched then as she remembered she stood up a little straighter and said her lines. That’s how I’ve always interpreted that scene anyway.

I like how Belle had the same look of curiosity on her face when she was following Rumpel as she had when she was following Rumpel to her “room” in Skin Deep.

I just saw this gif set on tumblr, comparing the rumbelle reunion scenes with the original Disney movie 😯 It just makes me love both scenes even more.
