Yes, it is. Children inherit two copies of every gene, one from the father and one from the mother. Let’s say that the allele for brown eyes (B) is dominant and the allele for blue (b) is recessive. If the mother has heterozygous dominant genotype (Bb), which is expressed as brown eyes, and the father has a recessive genotype (bb), which is expressed as blue eyes, then the rates of inheritance for the genotype (bb), blue, is 1/2. In other words, there is a 50% chance their children will inherit recessive (bb) blue eyes and a 50% the children will inherit heterozygous genes (Bb) expressed as brown eyes.

We need an official 305 press release with the guest cast list STAT to resolve this issue. He does look kinda similar, but then, Rumple’s father is supposed to be in 308, not 305.
I glanced at the cast list for 3×05 and there’s an actor there, different actor from this guy who’s old enough to Hook’s dad.
Maybe he will wear contacts.

But didnt they just name that guy “sailor” which would indicate a very minor role with only a few lines spoken. And there is no Young!Killian so I don’t think we’re getting Killian’s abandonment by papaHook. Not this time at least.
