It’s no wonder they’re going with Oz stuff at this point in the show if they wanna push that theme of finding home. Whether or not we actually get their take on Dorothy’s story, I think Emma will be quite Dorothy-esque in S3B.
“Believe a Lost Girl Can Find Her Way Home” is Emma’s S3 theme, and even though the plot is moving on from NL to Oz, the character’s arcs will continue to develop along those lines.
Yes!
did anyone notice they referred to it as season 2 when it should say 3
Here is the scan of the Si-Fi Magazine (April, 2014) article:
"That’s how you know you’ve really got a home. When you leave it, there’s this feeling that you can’t shake. You just miss it." Neal Cassidy
Also, from the scan is a blurb description of what to expect for the rest of OUAT in WL:
Once Upon a Time in Wonderland
ABC – S1 returns Thursday, March 6 at 8 PM
“We’ve seen the reunion of Alice and her love, Cyrus, the genie. Now we have to see what happens next,” says co-creator and executive producer Adam Horowtiz. “We’ve got the Knave inside the bottle. What does that mean? Jafar seems to be all-powerful.”
“Not only that, Jafar is so close to this plan of changing the laws of magic. We’re wondering what that would look like,” says co-creator and executive producer Edward Kitsis.
“We have a lot of great adventure and some twists still ahead, character twists and relationship twists. Also, there’s a tale of redemption for the Red Queen, who made a very bad decision. Will she be able to find her happy ending?” adds Kitsis.
Barbara Hershey will be returning as the Queen of Hearts, and we’ll meet the Jabberwocky.
“I can tell you that in the next five episodes of Wonderland, when the seaon ends, you will get the whole story,” says Kitsis.

You know, if it’s WW vs. Regina is about Envy, then you have to ask why WW would be envious of Regina. My guess is that Cora is her mother……..probably she eventually had another child with whomever and got rid of her, to focus all her energies on Regina. Maybe she even sent WW to another land, almost like Snowing sent Emma (though obviously Snowing had far different intentions) and the WW has spent years following Regina and wanting revenge for being 2nd best. I don’t know who the father would be…… maybe Cora did spend time in Oz, had an affair with whomever, and just abandoned the future WW with the father to go off to Wonderland or back to FTL, wherever she raised Regina.
Nothing about Belle or Gold or Rumbelle…….more of the usual, sigh. I like the idea of home, but boy is this frustrating
im sure Belle will make up with her father. I wonder how that would go…

I hope not – I’m done with him. Maurice doesn’t deserve to be called her “father” anymore – I really despise him on a level I generally reserve for Regina and Hook. I don’t think it would happen this season anyway.
he’s still her father, and she seemed to care for him… even Rumpelstiltskin forgave his father in the end and Pan was a thousand times worse than Mo. even Cora was forgiven by Regina, and she was a little worse than Mo
