so does that mean that Aurora’s mother is Briar Rose?

September 8, 2013 at 11:06 pm #208785PheeParticipantThere are a lot of questions in season 1 and 2 that are still unanswered, that I personally would like to see answered in season 3. Such as: How did Cora acquire Henry Sr. from FTL to Wonderland? Is the ”certain mermaid” is indeed Ariel? Who is Killian Jones’ father? Who is Grace’s mother? etc.
Cora getting Henry Sr in WL will probably be answered on OUATinWL. It’s a curiosity for OUAT viewers, but not necessarily something that’s vital to the current plot, but it could be used to establish Cora on OUATinWL, for people who might watch that but haven’t seen the parent show.
I do think Regina’s mermaid will end up being Ariel, and suspect we’ll see them interact in 306.
Killian Jones’ father issue will likely be answered in 305. I do hope there’s a Davy Jones connection, either through him being Killian’s father, or him being the pirate Captain who took young Killian under his wing.
I think Grace’s mother will be the RQ, because the actress for Grace looks like a mini-me version of her.
Where did Mary Margaret get Henry’s storybook in the first place (1×1)?
What ever happened to the whistle that the huntsman gave Snow White in 1×7?
Do male fairies even exist? If not, where do fairies come from (1×14)?
Who is the wizard who made the enchanted cape for Red that Granny mentioned in 1×16?
Does the hat that Emma made for Jefferson in 1×17 work now that magic has come to SB?
I think the book was delivered to SB by whoever delivered Henry to SB, which I suspect was someone from THO, and I assume we’ll see it this season at some point.
K&H mentioned the whistle in a podcast last season, didn’t they? Said there was still a story for it? Hope so.
I’d guess no on male fairies, and really hope we get an explanation on where they come from. Give Sneaky Fairy a centric ep, already.
Always had a feeling that Red’s cape came from Merlin, not based on any evidence, just a hunch.
Dunno if we’ll ever see that hat again. If it was ever gonna be brought up, I’d think Jefferson would have mentioned it to Charming, instead of just saying, “I’m a portal jumper, and you destroyed my portal, so you’re out of luck.”
What August did with all the money that Neal gave him.
If Emma’s super power has anything to do with Pinocchio.
What made Regina give Maleficent the dark curse.
How did Bae get back to the real world.
What inspired him to choose Neal Cassidy as a name.
August used to be money to fly to Phuket and set up his new life there.
Hadn’t ever considered Emma’s truth detection as being a flipside to Pinocchio’s lies. Hmmm, interesting.
Regina gave Maleficent the Curse in exchange for the Sleeping Curse…
Evil Queen: Enough games. You know why I’m here. I need my curse back.
Maleficent: It’s not yours anymore. A deal’s a deal. I traded you my sleeping curse.
I think PP released Bae from NL at the right time so he’d able to meet Emma and make Henry. Hopefully we’ll see Nealfire arriving in our world in the first half of S3.
K&H chose the name Neal Cassidy inspired by the On The Road character based on the real Neal Cassady. As for why Bae chose the name, I doubt he was that well versed in American literature. He probably picked Neal because it’s similar to Bael, and who knows about the Cassidy. They never explained why August chose his name, so I doubt they’ll explain why Neal chose his.

September 8, 2013 at 11:13 pm #208791PheeParticipantLOL Either that or I just spend too much of my time thinking about this freaking show. 😛
September 9, 2013 at 12:26 am #208796tabsicleParticipantOk, here’s another one. In the Robin Hood episode, in Rumple’s room where Belle is cleaning, there is a thing of, it looks to me, golden colored sheep wool. Could this be the “golden fleece” of myth?
And about Cora’s taking Henry Sr., how did Regina find out it was Cora?

September 9, 2013 at 5:33 am #208801PheeParticipantPretty sure that was meant to be the Golden Fleece, yep.
As for Regina figuring out it was Cora, I’d just guess that if her father went missing, her mother would be the only real suspect. He doesn’t seem like the kinda guy to have personal enemies, or many people close to him who’d care or notice if something happened to him. The only person who’d be affected by his kidnapping would be Regina, and there are few people who would dare to encite the EQ by harming her father.
September 9, 2013 at 8:08 am #208803kfchimeraParticipantWe also have a large thread of “plotholes” most of which are unanswered questions, very few things that are logically inconsistent with the logic of the magic in the show.
“If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is, because everything would be what it isn't. And contrary wise, what is, it wouldn't be. And what it wouldn't be, it would. You see?” -- Lewis Carroll, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland & Through the Looking-Glass
September 9, 2013 at 8:25 am #208805RumplesGirlKeymasterIt is the Golden Fleece. In the original Skin Deep script the two of them were supposed to talk about it.
Also Henry Sr: when Regina went to Jefferson’s house to try and get him to take her to WL, she gave him a piece of paper that for some reason indicated to him that he was going to WL. I think it was a threatening note of some kind, “I have your father. Let me return home or you’ll never see him again.”
