Rumple was wearing Charming’s cloak in the forest fight scene between him and Charming. I think the windmill is still in Rumple’s shop.

I thought Emma had it when they jumped in, but then maybe offscreen he stole it back. Is that possible? I thought at one of the conventions he said something like he has been carrying the compass around.

Hope so. If he doesn’t get a story at some point, then he just feels really random, and a magical being living in our world should have a story.
What Fairy gave Snow the powder she used to turn the trolls to cockroaches?
Many people have suspected Maleficent, providing they stick with the story of her having been a fairy, which we dunno if they will, but I think it’d be fitting if Regina’s best frenemy is the one who gave Snow the dust she intended to use on Regina. Many people have also suspected Tink.
