That’s a completely possible outcome. It’s all in the writing, and since there’s a very high possibility that the show will never go into this territory we can only conjecture. Hook x Regina wouldn’t be the only couple I ship who have the same kind of damage. Technically, Emma and Neal share abandonment issues out the wazoo; difference being that neither of them has gone evil villain over it. The outcomes for Pirate Queen are that they either enable eachother or they recognize each other’s weaknesses enough the help each other overcome them. Since I’m in fanon, I can have fun with both possibilities. It’s all good, baby! 😉
