ABC usually announces show renewal as a block… they then start announcing the new shows little by little to build interest and excitement … they have been doing that pretty much since I started watching TV.

.They’ll make the official announcement at the upfronts in less than 2 weeks. They likely already made their renewal decision behind the scenes, especially if pre-production for Season 3 already looks like it’s happening.
Yes, there should be nothing to worry about I’d say. The people on staff allready know it’s a go but the official press release is not yet out for a week or so I’d imagine.
Jared just said that he’s heading back to Vancouver on the 5th. Maybe he will start shooting his scenes a couple of days earlier then Lana (seeing as he’s not with the big group).
Anyone know if Jared typically relocates for the duration of filming, or does he just travel back and forth when needed? If he (and the family) are relocating, that could explain him headed up a bit earlier. Though I’m champing at the bit for spoilers, so the sooner people start shooting the better. 😉
