Yes! Belle and Ariel on a beach! This must mean that Ariel is indeed in SB. But then, I’m seriously confused, because at D23, Adam and Eddy revealed Ariel would be in NL. Maybe Phee’s crack-pot theory about Ariel being an underwater portal jumper is true after all. Joanna Garcia seems to be in her mermaid get-up. Her fish tail could be added later by CGI. Maybe Ariel can change form depending on whether she’s on dry land or not (like in the movie “Splash”). So, maybe she came from NL to SB to deliver a message from Rumple to Belle.

She can’t be in SB. They’ve said she is in NL. I am…confused. Unless she starts out in SB? But..huh?
