QOD Ursula wasn’t actually a goddess, she was just named after the one in Ariel.
She was the daughter of Poseidon, the god of the sea who even called himself a deity. Plus she took his trident and gave herself all the powers of the Godddess Ursula, making herself stronger than Poseidon. So whether by birth or by power, she should be considered a goddess.

“Once Upon a Time” stars Ginnifer Goodwin as Snow White/Mary Margaret, Jennifer Morrison as Emma Swan, Lana Parrilla as the Evil Queen/Regina, Josh Dallas as Prince Charming/David, Emilie de Ravin as Belle, Colin O’Donoghue as Hook, Jared S. Gilmore as Henry Mills, Michael Socha as Will Scarlet and Robert Carlyle as Rumplestiltskin/Mr. Gold.
Executive producers are Edward Kitsis, Adam Horowitz, Steve Pearlman and David H. Goodman. “Once Upon a Time” is produced by ABC Studios.
One thing to keep in mind is that the cast list probably isn’t finalized. Michael Socha wasn’t officially listed in the cast list until after SDCC, if I recall.
Not surprising, Galavant will be the Mid-Season bridge for OUAT again this Season.
