KeymasterRumor of the day:
No need to worry #Nashies, I just heard from my reliable source that @Nashville_ABC is coming back for Season #5… #Nashville

If Nashville has been renewed then OUAT surely, without a doubt, will be. Nashville is far closer to being cancelled than we are.

KeymasterFull ratings are in for episode 506 “The Bear and the Bow”
Live Eyeballs: 4.82 million
Demo: 1.5
A slight dip in the demo, but nothing drastic however this is a new series low.

Quantico also took a huge dip. It got a 1.2.

I saw! That was surprising, though how much did the final game of the World Series play into that?? It’ll be interesting to see what it does next week.

OUAT also got the highest rating out of all the non sports programs, despite the slight drop. It should be noted that both the World Series and Sunday Night Football were on last night, a duo combo of sports programming.

Which more or less solidifies what you’ve been saying: we are, essentially, down to a very loyal group of viewers who make OUAT appointment TV no matter what else is on. The question is becoming “how long can OUAT hold on to that select group?” and if the answer is, as I suspect, until the end, then really OUAT can last for a full season 6 and maybe a half/full s7.

ParticipantYesterday was game 5 of the World Series, Football, and a 90 minute episode of Walking Dead so all of this Sunday’s ratings should be taken wth a grain of salt even though that effects Quantico more than OUAT technically -I’m also not only 100% postive about a season 6 renewal but also considering the probable chance of a S7 -> Currently I think all of ABC’s non Thursday shows -that is not Shonda Rhimes shows are not in good shape I think as of a week ago before HTGAWM dropped under Scandal Greys and HTGAWM were the only shows with a 2+ ratings so as a whole ABC is in trouble – currently ABC highest rated show I think is Scandal which last week only pulled a 2.4 so when compared OUAT’s 1.5 is not all that horrible so I don’t think ABC is too keen on losing a show with what is honestly one of the most loyal fanbases they have especially when they are already struggling to replace shows ( There is still a Revenge shaped hole in ABC’s Sunday line up that Blood and Oil cannot fill) but I think next year Sunday will be 8:00 OUAT 9:00 Quantico and 10:00 Whatever new show ABC picks up

Airing Quantico at 9pm against The Walking Dead would be a death sentence for that show. If Quantico gets renewed, I see it staying at 10pm where it currently is, or perhaps even moving to another night. I’ve seen many on SpoilerTV and TVByTheNumbers comment on how they think Quantico has the potential to do a lot better elsewhere.

ParticipantWONDER if the LIVE podcast/ radio shows that occur here on ONCE and with After Buzz have any impact on the numbers… I usually bail on TV when I join those shows.
I also think that since ONCE is a family show that families with kids get busy putting the kids to be and getting ready for the next day of school. …. I do not think that ABC has put anything on that families would want to continue watch or have on while kids are awake. I know I do not let my gdS watch anything they have on after 9 pm.

ModeratorWicked City dropped to a 0.7 this week. It’s cancellation is even more assured now. These are the types of ratings where ABC is likely to pull it off the schedule altogether soon:
