Depending on how low it gets this year, it may not even be worth it in the end. If last nights episode is a preview of a show with no Snow, Charming, Emma, barely Hook, barely Belle then just cancel it. Cause last night was a horrible episode.

TV Grim Reaper has OUAT’s chances of renewal at 60%, a 5 percent increase from last week. This is due to 1) the contract renewal rumors and 2) so many shows are now on the chopping block ahead of OUAT.

I think the renewl right now is really dependent on the contract issues like with Castle. I thin ABC wants to renew it since they are probably cancelling a lot of shows this year, but the fact that they might lose some of the main cast is giving them pause. I think that they know now though and are just waited til closer to the end of the season to tell.

Ouch at dropping to a new low. In other news, Quantico returns tonight after a month off. It seems both ABC and the showrunner are hoping that Dancing with the Stars is a more compatible lead-in than the Bachelor. Also, apparently the show has gone through some sort of reboot to make it more procedural. I have my doubts that Quantico will see a sudden ratings surge, but I think if it managed to at least get back up to a 0.8, then ABC will consider renewing it over OUAT. I get the sense that ABC is absolutely in love with Quantico, and would renew it in a heartbeat if ratings supported it.

I’m starting to think that Once is more likely to get cancelled now.  I think one of their biggest issues is that people are struggling to follow what is going on – even some of the core fans are struggling. I have a friend who watches each week and is often confused about what is going on.

If they reset the show then they are going to have to do something to make it easier to follow.  At the moment casual viewers couldn’t really tune in and enjoy it very much, even with all of the forced exposition!

Ouch , so ouat droped from 0.8 to 07 in half hour, well maybe i`m wrong and they may get into 0.7 sooner than Easter, maybe next week, depending if people liked this episode or not, depends everything in the previous episode reaction, and if they do reach 0.7 next week, i may have to reconsider and say that they may get to 0.6 this season.

We could also drop to a 0.7 tomorrow once the final adjusted ratings are in.

The drop is very disappointing but not surprising.

Last week’s episode may have put off a lot of viewers, including hard core fans, and they may have thrown in the towel. The part I am talking about is Hook being Charming’s father’s killer. I imagine most of the viewers are now the hard core fans, and most of these seem to be Captain Swan shippers. Meanwhile, among the casual viewers, Some people may be thinking that it is too much last-minute drama re: Captain Swan, others might think that the plot point is too melodramatic, and others again might be wanting for their HE to come quicker seeing as this show is about hope. Audience members looking for a show about hope may have also been disappointed by Regina getting tortured again via WWW! Robin not being interested in her…..

….Not to mention him being coming through the portal was not given a decent enough explanation. OUAT regularly provides hand-wavy explanations for magical and non-magical events, but this was by far one of their most gust-creating hand-flaps to date.

Quantico’s ratings went up to 0.8.
It’s going to be very interesting.
