That’s surprising… There was nothing really special about this week. Hopefully we don’t adjust down! With a 0.9 this week, I can actually see us getting a 1.1 or 1.2 again next week with the wedding and musical episode.

Personally predicting a 1.0 next week.

Looks like the strike won’t be happening, as the WGA reached an agreement!:

Checking in with other ABC shows:

American Crime got a .4/2 million in their latest episode.

Quantico got a .6/2.56 million in their latest episode. They’ve been maintaining that for awhile, so that’s probably their floor.

AoS ratings should be out later today, another show ABC has to think long and hard about.

ETA: AoS got a .7/2.15 million

ABC dumpster fire continues. Designated Survivor hit a 0.9 again, and this time there were no baseball preemptions effecting the ratings. Its still very much safe for a renewal, but I foresee it following a similar pattern to Quantico. It could continue to fall hard in its 2nd Season. Also worth mentioning that Modern Family hit a new series low with a 1.7.

I can’t believe they are continuing with Designated Survivor. I just feel like that show would be expensive to make and it just isn’t good. I only watched a few, so maybe it got better, but that really does show how little they have to work with right now.

Seriously guys. I’m starting to believe that S8 is not as outlandish an idea as once believed….

Semi-related topic that could effect OUAT. ABC is in serious talks of acquiring an American Idol reboot:

According to one of the other articles I’ve seen, ABC is aiming for a March 2018 launch. My money is on Sundays, since I really can’t see it airing anywhere else. It could also be seen as an easy fix for Sundays, which is a night ABC has been really struggling with. So if OUAT is renewed, we may only get a short Season for the Fall.
