Trying to make Friday a Scifi/Fantasy night is soooo not working for ABC

That was likely just their PR excuse for the block. The real reason is probably because they wanted to use Friday nights as a dumping ground for low rated, but profitable shows, while improving Sundays. But I’m not sure ABC was expecting OUAT to already be doing 0.5s this early on. I’m curious to see just what is their ratings limit for the show.

Realistically, how much longer can we stay at a .5? Historically, it’ll drop at some point, either this arc or next half of the season. If OUAT is still earning ABC a nice chunk of change–like through their Netflix deal–a .5 might be good enough. But if it drops to a .4 soon, I don’t think that’s enough to save it. That’s really low.
Was already confirmed that they will have separate arcs, bc with these ratings I doubt, they can’t have the viewers get about the show, and a 3 months stop Will do that, so I wonder if they are doing the show in a row, stopping in December and returning in January.
"I offended you with my opinion? Ha, you should hear the ones I keep to myself".

They would still need to take at least another break at some point, if they were to return in January, because filming doesn’t end until the 1st week of April. Post production can take a while, too.
They will probably do the long break again until February. Though it is less of a problem now that the show is on Friday.

I think they will avoid most of February, because of the Winter Olympics.

Same. So they’ll come back in March until May per usual?
