I’m definitely ok with this. Emma’s story will be complete. The only main characters I can see continuing to maybe have some interesting storylines left are Regina, Zelena, and Henry (aged up). Have the other cast reappear in flashbacks from time to time especially Rumple since that’s everyone’s favorite version of him
anyway.I’m also in the group of wanting to see what a reboot with new main cast could be. Even though the show isn’t as enjoyable as it used to be, A&E were capable of creating a truly compelling storyline in the first 2 seasons or so when they were still writing from what had been planned out from beforehand. With the right new cast members, I think they could do it again.

Yeah, I really don’t want a storyline of Hook losing Emma and spending S7 trying to find her. I don’t know how him remaining a main character would make sense otherwise.

But I don’t think at this stage with such low ratings and a good portion of the people watching probably only here to either wait out the end of the series or see CS do…CS things, I don’t think the show will float anywhere else but down if you take out both CS and officially end the current storyline next week.
There’s nothing for anyone in a S7.

Well a lot of us have commented that JMo’s interviews indicate that she’s done with the show. She feels Emma’s story is complete and she doesn’t have it in her to do another year because of that. It does, however, make her hair chopping pictures and the comments therein a bit more interesting….

Yeah but last night was the moment of triumph for CS (a wedding!) and the ratings went down so this whole idea that CS is keeping the show afloat is…well, it’s not anywhere near as that cut and dry.

They aren’t, they have never been. What keeps people coming back is interesting storylines and characters who remain true to themselves. None of this is true for OUAT. The writers should have had an outline for the entire series and they should’ve stuck with it, but it was clear that they don’t follow anything, they don’t plan anything.
A&E had something great in their hands and they just ruined it, I will be shocked to see these two ever run a successful show again.

Maybe the next season will be in wish world, after some years, they have there EQ, they have there Rumple, they have there a older king Henry, they have there Hook, they may even have there a little girl , that they may say is Robin and EQ daughter, in the WW there are no Snowing or Emma, that would explain, if they want to cut the other 3 and show only flashbacks with Jmo and Gosh and they can even cut Emilie and have her for flashbacks as well.

It is interesting that none of the current cast has acknowledged what Jennifer has posted. Anyone who is signed on for a season 7 (if it gets picked up) is probably not allowed to talk. ABC probably allowed her to speak because they hope that more people will tune in as it is truly the end of Emma’s story.
