OK major theory here, (which may be completely wrong!) wrapping up many characters for . First of all I don’t believe Rumple will choose to kill Robin after all Robin reminded him of the soldier he was when he had Bae. In legends Robin IS a soldier back from the crusades, when the land is taken over by the evil brother of the King who took over in his absence.
So, what did happen? Let’s throw FTL in that mix. Beginning of the season we have Aurora and Philip, enchanted by Malificent. SO far that story has gotten a lot of attention but then fell flat. That’s not Adam&Eddie. We saw a dragon Malificent in the finale… Tamara went to a Dragon in our land that probably comes from there. What if Philip and Robin are from the same place, maybe even friends? Which puts Robin, Marian and Graham slap bang in the middle of Malificent country. And it would make sense to why dragon Malificent is in the promo.
Robin being Robin would fight this oppressor, and that would in turn would give Malificent a reason to poison whom he loves most. Which causes him to steal a magic wand. Now maybe Cinderella’s fairygodmother was also Marian’s fairy godmother, and told him how to save Marian: with her wand that Rumple stole from her.
Now what happens next we know, he steals the wand from Rumple, nearly gets skinned alive, but luckily set free by Belle in time to save his love and the baby, WITH the magic wand. He wanders off with that, and Rumple keeps his bow…
But that can’t be the end… Somebody made Marian ill and with that plan now failing, they must be plotting something else. So let’s for a moment presume that that’s Malificent. Robin and Marian opposed her and now must die. And seeing we haven’t seen them in Storybrooke, she must succeed… Or does she?
My bet is that Robin is turned by Malificent into the Wraith. Why? A: They look alike. That hood they open with? This could be an extra hint, since it’s soo similar to how it hangs on the wraith. B: It’s from the same magic tree as the Yaoguai.
What happened to Marian? No idea… Maybe she is his first victim. Maybe Marian survives but stays behind to get Robin back, but sends her baby awaynot being safe from Malificent. The fairygodmother owing a favour sends her to our world, perhaps with her gran.
Now that would upset Rumple… Sending someone else but not him. Not saving the family when she could, just the baby (Rumple IS a family man, well except for when it came to Gephetto) To him it’s an example of failed fairy magic, just like with him and Bae, which the Blue Fairy is to blame for as far as he’s concerned. So as far as he’s concerned she is fair game, like all fairies and she has his wand (that is her wand.. semantics as far as he’s concerned) That she failed a father and child just signed her death sentence. The child? Probably Tamara. It gives her no FTL character, because she would have been a baby or small child when she was send away. And she would have been Tamara, no one else, just like Emma is Emma. Grown up amongst us, but maybe with a vague recollection of magic? Or maybe granny told her. It would explain her fascination for magic. We still don’t know what she wants with it : Possess it or destroy it? Only thing we do know is that she isn’t afraid to kill anyone that gets in her way. K&H repeated this week by the way that nobody is completely bad. I expect that they will give Tamara a good reason fo being… who she is (no profanities allowed, right?)
So to tie it all in, beginning of the season Philip got taken by the wraith. If that wraith turns out to be Robin than that ties that together… How he got in Rumple’s possesion? Trade for the sleeping curse perhaps? It would tie the season up rather nicely. With Tamara in Storybrooke and Aurora and Mulan in FTL trying to get P hilip back, not to mention some magic beans thrown in the mix it would make an exciting finale of this part of the season. And Neverland might just be the only safehaven in the middle of it all.
Back to Malificent for a sec. There is a Japanese gaming series called Kingdom of Hearts, which would explain where her link with Asian legends. In time it could also put her as a queen of Hearts in the Wonderland prequel spin-off before Cora became queen after she left. Think of it, she could be jabberwocky and queen in one, as dragon, she looks quit like the Tim Burton creature in Alice, so a young Malificent in Wonderland could be an interesting crossover.

Which puts Robin, Marian and Graham slap bang in the middle of Malificent country.
How did Graham get into this? Not that I disapprove!
Which causes him to steal a magic wand. Now maybe Cinderella’s fairygodmother was also Marian’s fairy godmother, and told him how to save Marian: with her wand that Rumple stole from her.
Very plausible. There is also the theory that Marian was a fairy who gave up being a fairy to be with Robin and that’s why she’s sick: her body can’t handle the human pregnancy. And also that she is a sister to C’s Fairy godmother.
My bet is that Robin is turned by Malificent into the Wraith. Why? A: They look alike. That hood they open with? This could be an extra hint, since it’s soo similar to how it hangs on the wraith. B: It’s from the same magic tree as the Yaoguai.
Going with this for a second…you can also talk about how Robin and Wraith both steal things.
What happened to Marian? No idea… Maybe she is his first victim. Maybe Marian survives but stays behind to get Robin back, but sends her baby awaynot being safe from Malificent. The fairygodmother owing a favour sends her to our world, perhaps with her gran.
Maybe another part of Robin’s punishment is to be separated from Marian and Maleficiant sends a still pregnant Marian to our world?
Interesting theory overall. I like how you’ve tied everything together which is what H and K said would be happening.

And I thought of another one Robins’s bow and the wraith both always get their target

Yeah more than likely Regina snakily betrays Hook by leading him to the cave to get what she needs for a spell and then leaves him to fight the dragon.

As far as Marion, BF said the enchanted tree they made the wardrobe out of was the last one – denoting that there were other enchanted trees used (maybe for the same purpose?). Possibly, one of them was used to send a pregnant Marion to our wolrd, previously – as they intended to do for a pregnant Snow (?).April 24, 2013 at 2:19 pm #188323hookianBlockedIt’s also called Kingdom Hearts not Kingdom of Hearts, sorry that’s my favorite video game franchise of all time. 😆

So when Malificent curses someone she does that into Asian mythical creatures and thus must have some sort of stronghold there.
August’s Dragon merely ties into it because he is from that land… and as fellow dragon probably knew Malificent. And ok, Kingdom Hearts… I only read what was said on Wikipedia, but it sounds a lot like what Cora does with her hearts, so would fit right into the story. Another witch with a Heart Vault.
How Adam & Eddie plan on letting this all play out though…. can’t wait!
