    the big boss from Neverland could have had it all planned out from the beginning! he sent a mutilated child to give a “prophecy” to Rumpel so that he become the coward who all he’s got is his son and who then will be forced to go to the ogre wars because suddenly the wars require 14 year old boys to go fight and the guy controlling the Dark One Zoso couldn’t stop the ogre wars by themselves so Rumpelstiltskin had to become the dark one… wouldn’t it be amazing if all this was in the master plan???

    also, there is a blind witch as one of the people producing the curse in the beginning of the series, and she is very old. could she be that same young girl who gave that prophecy? and then she was a woman when Rumpel took that burden from her…
    just my wild thoughts

    For those who need a reminder, here’s the prophecy.

    Seer: You will be reunited with your son, and it will come in a most unexpected way.

    Rumpelstiltskin: How?

    Seer: A boy… A young boy will lead you to him. But beware, Rumpelstiltskin, for that boy is more than he appears. He will lead you…to what you seek. But there will be a price. The boy… Will be your undoing.

    At the time Henry made sense because Rumple was reunited with Nealfire in Manhattan. But now Rumple and Nealfire have been separated again and I think this reunion is what the Seer had in mind. And that boy…gotta be PP. I think the Seer was working for PP, either by choice or forced, I’m not sure yet.

    actually I think it IS henry because he definitely IS more than he appears, being 1) Rumpel’s grandson, and 2) the “boy” that PP seeks.

    now, if PP had the sight he would KNOW that without Rumpel he’ll not have that child at all, so he devised a whole plan complete with ogre wars and all

    Oh, I think for certain the seer was a plant by whatever puppetmaster is pulling the strings higher up…be that Peter Pan, Tinkerbell or the Blue Fairy (Sneaky Fairy is always Public Enemy No. 1 in my mind)

    Keeper of Rumplestiltskin's and Neal's spears and war paint and crystal ball.
