“If it’s not broke, don’t fix it.” But I want to fix things before I go broke. 🙂
Early Saturday morning (EDT/GMT-4), October 18, I’ll be migrating all of Noodle.mx Network to a new server again. This new one seems to be performing very well and might cost as little as 25% of what we’re paying now.
To ensure that no data will be lost, I have to shut down the forums for a couple hours in the morning. This time allows for the domain information (for oncepodcast.com) to refresh and point to the new server.
If you visit the forums in the morning and see only this message on a page, then either refresh your cache, open an “incognito” window (named differently on different browsers—it’s the window you can open that doesn’t save any history or logins), or just wait a little longer. The chat and the rest of the site (and all of Noodle.mx Network) will continue to work.
