Gideon turned the EQ into a snake and put her in a cage. Will anyone in SB go out of their way to actually save her, or is this the last we’ve seen of Regina’s more evil half?

I seriously doubt its the last we see of her, but it was rather fun and if nothing else it proved that Morpheus/Gideon/cloak man has strong magic to be able to do that to her so easily.

was she turned into a Agrabah Viper? I certainly hope they don’t leave her as a snake, she needs to be reintegrated with Regina

Who would honestly save her, though? I guess Regina will once she recognizes that she needs the EQ to be part of her?

And she’s still wearing that gold bracelet as a snake. I’m guessing Rump will be the one to find her an realize whats happened. I doubt its the last we’ve seen of her and I’m betting that she will actually turn good at some point and help the heroes.

What I am concerned about is the wish david made about EQ getting exactly what she deserves. I wonder how that’s going to play into what has happened. Is that what she deserved? To be turned into a snake? Or is there more? I’m guessing that wish is going to be important.

LOL  the EQ suits being a snake.

And maybe reintegration will happen via snake bite. Ouch!

Not sure about “turning good” but I agree that she will probably have the motivation now to help the heroes face off against the all-powerful Gideon.  I suspect that he is going to be one of the biggest threats we have seen on the show…

Watching the scene again, I am wondering if the magic that Gideon uses is some sort of dark fairy dust? Where has he gotten his powers from?  And this may seem like a small detail but what was the spark of blue? It seemed like an odd effect to just add in with all of the black smoke.

Yes, it looked like there was some sparkly stuff in his magic…similar to that of a fairy.  Also, could he have learned it from Jafar too?  I mean, who turns somebody into a snake?  Perhaps he just wanted to see how very snake-like she can be!
