Hook-Emma so called interaction, it’s gross beyond everything. Is this, as they claim, a “family show”? I understand the writers are trying to feed the Hookers but this just lacks any taste.
What is it with so many people attacking the writers over little things-especially to do with Hook and Emma. If its not because they are ‘favouring Captain Swan’ then its ‘Hook has too many innuendos’. Anyway this show is rated PG -meaning Parental Guidance, which is pretty self explanatory. If it was rated G then yeah, I’d have a problem.
Gee, I thought he was talking about the “other” appendage, his right hand. I was waiting for him to say “hey Emma, pull my finger!”. JK 😉 😆

Love the line from Papa Frankentein: “I’ve already allowed you the use of our SUMMER HOME for your foolish purposes.”
Oh, is that what they call Castle Frankenstein, the summer home? 😆
Snow’s family had a “summer castle”, I think that’s where EQ ended up living? Summer residences on this show are built for creepy shenanigans.

I’ve been saying since 2×05, The Doctor, that I believe it is Transylvania. The fact that his world is black and white, typical of the old ’30/40’s horror flicks. Looking at their attire and surroundings in that sneak peek, it’s all reminiscent of those horror flicks, which always take place at the turn of the century.
As in, real world Transylvania? The glitch there is that Horowitz tweeted that Viktor’s land did have magic, and we know you could get there via the hat. It’s been established that our world does not have magic, and it can’t be reached via the hat. Which makes the “real world” vibe from this sneak peek quite confusing.
Would they make it that they were originally in our world, and Viktor took his injured brother to another land to fix him, somewhere their father couldn’t get to? Seems a bit far fetched, but this White Rabbit talk got me wondering. If the pocket watch had belonged to the White Rabbit, and it was a portal device, similar to the hat, and if Viktor’s reaction to it in this sneak peek is because he’d heard stories of how it was used in the past, perhaps he’ll end up using it to take himself and Gerhart to another land. Perhaps?

No, I mean as in horror flick Transylvania, where monsters exist. If we can end up in the EF where storybook characters originate, then why can’t we end up in fictional movie Transylvania where werewolves, vampires, invisible men, mummies and Frankenstein exist. Or, just plain old horror folklore.
I like the idea of the pocket watch but the world in the sneak peek was black and white. That leads me to believe that Victor remained in that world but worked out of the “summer home” when reanimating his dead brother. HOWEVER, that doesn’t mean that Victor couldn’t have traveled between worlds looking for items he needed for his work. While I like the idea, I’m not totally sold on it. I think the whole point of that was to show that one son was the favourite and was rewarded with a treasured family heirloom while another got an unwanted commission in the army. But then again, they have to show us Gerhart dying and giving the watch to his brother Victor, so……………..oh, the possibilites! 😮 😀

Even if it doesn’t come into play in the crackpot theory way of my last post, I can’t help but think that that pocket watch is gonna be significant somehow. Viktor had a look of, “OMG, that thing!” like there’s a story behind it. And if they just wanted to show a family heirloom being handed down to the favoured son, they could have shown any number of things other than a pocket watch, being given to a guy dressed in white, no less. Like I said before, I think there’d be timeline issues with Gerhart himself being the White Rabbit, but I could see it having been their grandfather or something.
January 18, 2013 at 4:43 am #168963TheGoldenKeyParticipantMaybe Grandpa Frankenstein was the Black&White Rabbit 😉 But ya, I can see that Phee. Even with Victor. He and Jefferson seem to know each other quite well.

January 18, 2013 at 3:52 pm #168989hcadiaParticipantthis will be an epic episode! i’m a big fan of rumbelle so the kiss between rumple and cora is quite a surprise 😯 …. what if this kiss is some kind of a spell that cora is helping rumple, so he can go and kiss belle and make her remember again? i believe that rumple and cora made a deal, and in order for cora to help him, he will help her to get regina back…. or like you all said, a dream or some thing like this…. if not… what an awkward scene…! awww
when it comes to cora and regina… i do believe that cora must have gone through some kind of let down in her past when it comes to true love because she keeps saying that love is a weakness… maybe this is the reason why she is so cold, manipulative, and mega control-freak… i don’t know but it seems like cora has changed a bit… she didn’t stop regina’s curse, and she wanted to bring snow’s heart to her daughter which has been regina’s biggest desire… can it be that since cora saw regina cried at her coffin, has melted her heart somehow? even tho cora might still want to control regina and turn her back to evil queen, but she also want what regina wants now and want to help her? if this makes any sense…. 😐 or have i been blind fooled by lady cora AGAIN 😀
i’m a big fan of captain swan too!! hope they will figure out a way to be together..they’re so similar….hook is right… “a man who cant fight for what he wants, deserve what he gets”…. sorry neal!
January 18, 2013 at 8:44 pm #169006dub1026ParticipantWhat exactly does purchasing a commission mean? I know when commissioning something, its pretty much giving the authority to go foward with something, approval… right? But obviously his dad is high ranking military, so why would he have to “purchase” a commission? Hope this part of the story has a point.
