Does anyone notice how Cora is wearing all black in the sneak peeks but Regina is wearing black and red. Back in FTL, Regina said she finds that black suits her. She also wore other colors and even red an black together. In the show, the savior’s jacket is red and was Emma’s token color. Maybe I’m just reading too much into this, but could Regina’s red shirt a hint that she still had good in her and her heart isn’t as black as Cora’s?

I don’t think she is, but I believe she’ll get free of Cora. It just probably won’t be until the end of this season or maybe even next season. Regina has even said her mother’s hold on her heart is too strong. I thinking being with Cora and being so broken, really has pushed her to the bad side. I mean Regina is an addict. She enjoys magic and aligning with Cora means she can use magic. In the sneak peek, Regina’s face lights up when she is praised by Cora. The addiction to magic, broken spirit, and need for mommy’s love and approval is too strong right now.

The last time Regina saw Cora, she was all, “I needed you dead because you’re my weakness, because I love you.” This season we’ve seen it blatantly stated that love isn’t weakness, it’s strength. Regina loves Henry, (in her messed up way). Regina caved to Cora when the old hag was talking about getting to Henry. I’m holding out hope that in that moment, Regina’s love for Henry, and the need to protect him, became the strength she needed to play Cora at her own game.
It’d be much easier for Regina to take Cora out if she’s lulled her into a false sense of security. No sense getting her mad and having her lash out, because Regina knows her mother is crazy powerful and would win in an all out, screaming, hair tearing, cat fight. But keep her close, keep her calm, learn what tricks she has that may be useful, gain her trust, then strike when the moment is right to take her out and keep Henry safe. Much more intelligent way to approach it. Here’s hoping Regina is playing it smart.

Out here in western Maine (somewhere near Storybrook Maine *hehehe*) it is now 12:05pm We are now less than 8 hours away from what seems to be the biggest episode of the series so far! Thankfully, I have a lot to do to help pass the time, but you know I’ll be checking in on the forum a billion times. The hours will not pass fast enough though despite keeping busy. Tissues are already to go due to this being toted as a heart breaking sob fest as well as comical episode! CANNOT WAIT 😛
Woohoo! This has been a long week! I NEED to see this episode!
I do think we will eventually see Regina switch sides and end up good, but it may take a while. I do think Cora and Regina are paired up for real at the moment though.

Here, Here! I just don’t think we’ll get a glimpse of that yet. It’s most likely Cora is going to turn on Hook before Regina turns on Cora.
Only 6 hours until Manhattan airs, and 7 and a bit ’til links are up… I’m jittering with excitement! This is one of those times when I really wish I had a TV, haha.
