Ok need some backup on this (just saw it on tumblr which I am still new to so bear with me) but somebody posted saying that in these pictures, Hook doesn’t have his skull pendant but rather a little vial of something else – their suggestion is pixie dust which explains how Bae may have ended up on the ceiling!

(They also think this someway proves that Hook was Peter but that’s a whole different thing. The point here is…he has a different necklace on and it MAY HAVE PIXIE DUST IN IT).

Hmmmm. Maybe possessing the wooden staff is comparable to possessing the Dark One’s dagger. It could be a curse in which the Shadow does Felix’s bidding, and yet the Shadow causes something dark to take root in him. Felix may control the magic, but in an sense, the magic consumes the one who owns the enchanted object.

Hmm. Interesting and of course Bae would recognize the parallels which would lead Bae and Felix not being friends–as I don’t think they will be. So does he need Boys to worship him? A leader needs followers or he is not by definition a leader? Does he have them doing some sort of work–hunting the mermaids?

Maybe the curse exists on all the island, hence the curse of the mermaids. As for Felix wanting Lost Boys, maybe that is part of the curse. It’s been speculated that Rumple created the Shadow curse to find Bae. Who knows?

Oops meant to try to add the link to the tumblr post with the screenshots showing his different necklace.

http://onceuponamirror.tumblr.com/ (not sure why it won’t let me click on just that particular blog part (like I said I’m new but I seriously don’t see it so if somebody has a better link after this please add it).

So this is the image you’re talking about?

Hmm…it’s…glowy. And the pendant itself is an odd shape. Hmmmm. Having Pixie dust doesn’t necessarily mean he’s Pan, though. He could just be on good terms with a fairy.

Yep! That would be it. He’s missing his usual necklaces and has some weird glowy pendant on. They were speculating that it’s similar to when Snow was wearing a necklace that had dark fairy dust/powder, whatever it was in it, only this time it would be pixie dust which he could have used to help hide Bae up in the rafters.

Speaking of the picture of the rafters, is that a leg coming in the window? Cause it’s kinda random & creepy in that shot lol.

This is the best image I can find of Snow’s vial of fairy dust in Snow Falls

This is after she broke it to use the dust to save Charming.

MysteryKat, I was just looking at that post before myself. Here’s the direct link to the whole post: http://onceuponamirror.tumblr.com/post/50056284678/everybody-stop-and-look-at-what-i-found
(BTW, I clicked to see that page’s archive and that’s where I got the direct link from.)

I wasn’t really buying into the fairy dust thing until they connected it with the Bae apparently levitating thing. Hmmm.

The shape of Snow’s vial of dust and Hook’s new pendant aren’t similar. Snow’s is much larger for instance. This doesn’t mean it’s not Pixie Dust in Hook’s vial, though. It is an odd glowy yellow which is what Pixie dust is in Disney’s PP.

That looks like Hook’s usual pendants to me. It’s just a side angle. The one on top (left) is the dagger. The other is the skull. I can see the eye socket and the teeth.
