No, it was more science fiction-y than that. It wasn’t a nod to any Disney fairy tale or fairy tale in general. I think it was really just the writers being huge nerds.

We’ve been thinking that perhaps they cast a 19 year old so they could show her younger but also age her up a bit, right? Running with that idea, if she’s still alive in present day somewhere, it has to be a situation where she was able to age a little bit, but not more than, say, 10 years, (if the Wendy we’ve seen was 14ish, and they wanted to age her up to 24ish)? So…could Wendy be in NL today?

Did Bae end up freeing the Lost Boys, destroying the Shadow, and leaving, and then at some point after that, Wendy moved there? Maybe she finally found another way to get to NL when she was in her early 20s, and went there looking for Bae, and found him and the Lost Boys and the Shadow gone, and she set up The Home Office there in the land without time so that she could fight an eternal battle of eradicating magic from lands where it’s not meant to exist, because she now believed what Bae had told her, that magic is bad news?

I may explain why GOAT would take Henry to NL, (if that’s where they take him). We could get an ending to the ep where they drag Henry in to see the boss, and it’s a slightly older Wendy. Dun, dun, duuuunnnn, cut to black and let us all freak out for the summer hiatus.

Though that wouldn’t explain Tamara shooting Nealfire if she was working for Wendy, who had cared for him. Unless maybe that was just some rogue act on Tamara’s part.

I’d sorta prefer it if The Home Office was in our world, though I’d prefer it if the FictionalLondon Wendy lived in wasn’t in our world. So basically, I’m all over the place, but just started thinking about the NL possibility and thought I’d throw it out there.

I think Henry went to confront Tamara/Greg on his father and that is why they take him.but I could be wrong 😕

Henry confronting Tamara would be a Henry thing to do (brave but not well thought out at all, like the dynamite, or running off to Boston by himself…but he’s a kid after all. )

FINALLY a moment of clarity for Regina! Obviously she’s gonna survive it so she can go on the boat later, but even knowing that, she broke my heart and I wanted to hug her. And I never wanna hug Regina.

Oh wow, what an emotional scene! And then Emma ran off….

So many emotions even if it’s just for any one of the characters:

Regina – she thinks she’s dying and turns over a new leaf to undo everything that the failsafe is causing? Yes please. She maybe, just maybe finally gets it. (And I actually do feel a little sorry for her here…she has her moments and this one in particular, was beautifully done. I hope it sticks, I really do. Her begging Emma to let her do the right thing and die as Regina rather than the Evil Queen that everybody including Henry thinks of her as.

Emma – “what am I supposed to tell my son?”

Henry – he is going to be devestated if something happens even if he gets the idea that she changed finally. Didn’t one of the promos show him asking about his mom and Emma getting a horrible look on her face like she was going to deliver bad news?? (Also didn’t one of the other promos show Regina at the same apartment going to see Henry and it seemed like it was afterwards? (so many things, so confusing to keep track of!)

Pretty sure they’re all going to find a way out of this and make it to the JR (which was just mentioned about going with them!) but so many feelings watching that clip.They do really want to give people HOPE at the end of the season for anything don’t they? Whether it sticks and Regina has actually learned something is a different matter, but here’s hoping.

Also um…I think all of that stuff goes down fairly early, at least first half of the ep because there’s so much stuff to do still after that (Henry being kidnapped, everybody getting on the boat – though it sounds like that idea was in place already thanks to the new clip, hopefully at least getting a glimpse of Neverland, etc etc plus whatever cliffhanger they want to leave us on (I’m still thinking something related to the Home Office).

AHHH so many feelings!
