If they leave Neal’s fate in jeopardy, I can’t see them releasing any information on it. Only if he’s in a state where it’s like ok, he’ll live but how can he ever get back, that I would see them do that.

Question; Did anyone see the Blue Star on the tow truck which was in the Episode of Red as killing the mouse ❓

Question: The home office could be the Blue Fairy and her Fairies, BF is in SB and has a lot of knowledge and the other Fairies are in other lands example NL you have Tinkerbell ❓

Another reason it is the Fairies as they would have all the magic and therefore control it. ❗
