Wow! Intriguing!
Oh Regina…when will you ever learn?
Funny to hear Snow point out what we’ve been saying- that her “superpower” isn’t always reliable- except this time she is dead right!
[adrotate group="5"]April 25, 2013 at 4:50 am #188535PheeParticipantWonder what the EvilRegals will think of Regina doing this? On the one hand, Regina is at her most fabulous when she’s evil. But on the other hand, how can you argue that she loves Henry, (which EvilRegals insist on) when she’s straight up telling him that she’s happy to kill everyone he loves, just to get him back?
In #2, is random fisherman just there randomly as set dressing? At the start, he’s just sitting there, but after the clip abruptly ends, it freezes on a shot of him walking, which means he’s actually gonna do something. I’m thinking he may be Regina, (especially considering we’ll be seeing her disguising herself as someone else to get close to Snow in the flashbacks).
In #3, I love that Emma is onto Tamara, but Snow’s advice to not jump to conclusions and make public declarations about it was wise. Methinks Emma doth protest too much about having no residual feelings for Neal.
April 25, 2013 at 5:02 am #188536beastwhispererParticipantThe first one is up on youtube, but I’m on a mobile device and can’t link.
Interesting scene with Henry. Looks like Regina is riding the delusion train if she thinks Henry will approve this plan. Part of me wonders if this might be a dream or some kinda fakeout just because she should know Henry better than that. Much better than that.

Moderator Edit: Please watch out for language. If the censor bleeps it out, you should edit it on your own. Thank you.

I think Regina is feeling the urgency of decisions being made quickly, so she doesn’t have time to adequately prepare Henry for her plan, as if she could!
#2-I thought the same thing about the fisherman, Phee. At first I thought it might be Kurt – if Regina has his heart, then he would have to do what she wants, like spy on people. But I agree that it is most likely Regina in disguise to bookend her disguise in FTL.
#3 – I hope that if Emma keeps this from Henry, he won’t consider it to be lying. This could be leading to Henry lacking trust in both Emma and Regina, leaving him vulnerable to GOAT. Not that he would go with them willingly, but he might run away and they could seize him then. Snow is great at being motherly toward Emma. I like her advice. Emma is going to need to tell someone about Tamara, though. Maybe her daddy 🙂 Or maybe Rumple…

So I wonder if there is more to it? Or if she just snaps, and the arc of the story is that she is at her most evil, and than comes the redemption (which I still think is a force redemption from whatever happens from the shock treatment.) Or maybe she overhears Snow and Charming and get’s desperate and tells all that stuff to Henry, he calls her a villain, she wipes his memories of the conversation, and she comes to her senses…(as much as Regina can.)
One thing to remember is that she told Gold “If you couldn’t change for your own son? Than who will you change for?” Or something like that. Maybe she is showing transference and reflecting her feelings on to Gold.
I am a nerd at heart.

Oh, good point! That’s a dilemma for Emma. If I were in Henry’s shoes, and Emma has just recently told me that she won’t lie to me ever again, and then I found out she’d been keeping something so important from me…I’d probably be pissed enough at her to run off.
April 25, 2013 at 6:04 am #188550HappyEndingsSpectatorSnow does give Emma some good advice I thought and explained to Emma about how she can really tell if someone is lying. Still don’t know where Emma got the list, but I agree the Fishmen is Regina.
April 25, 2013 at 6:39 am #188552lisasParticipantOkay on Sneak Peek #1 – I think this conversation between Regina & Henry was interesting. Like everyone else I Regina should know Henry way better then that. He would not go along willing with Regina’s plan to enact that fail safe that would kill his family and everyone in Storybrooke before the town is destroyed. I think she will try to cast a spell on him and he will be immune to it. I think in that instant he will see Regina for who she really is and he will call her a villain. I think he will end up going to Emma, Neal, David, Snow, Rumple about what Regina is planning to do because she knows about the beans now.
Sneak Peak #2 – I agree about that fisherman at first I thought he might be Kurt Flynn but that seems doubtful, so I agree that it could be Regina in disguise. I love David’s solution to their problem where Henry is concerned. I think Regina living out the rest of her days in Rumple’s cell would be the solution it keeps her in check and keeps his family safe as well as their subjects in their kingdom. Which tells me they would allow Rumple to go free.
Sneak Peak #3 – I think Emma is right to not trust to Tamara and she is doing everything she can to warn her mother but just that list alone won’t convince Snow that Tamara is not on the up & up but I think it will convince David & Rumple. I still think that it is Hook who gives GOAT that information about the residents of Storybrooke. Henry will most likely overhear Snow & Emma’s conversation and will go to Neal about it, I think he will also hear Emma tell Snow that she doesn’t have feelings for Neal, which she clearly does and Snow can see it and I wouldn’t be surprised if Henry picks up on that as well.
April 25, 2013 at 7:47 am #188559MatthewPaulModeratorIt’s a shame that Regina is so blinded by her hatred for the Charming Family and her love for Henry, that she is desperate enough to tell Henry that she wants to be with him at the cost of his family’s lives. She clearly hasn’t learned a thing. She can’t force Henry to love her, especially when she believes killing them will fix everything. If that ever happened, Henry would just run away from her.
I’m glad Emma is suspicious of Tamara now, but she is in quite a dilemma. Accusing Tamara with not enough evidence will make it look like she’s just trying to make Tamara look bad at the expense of getting back together with Neal. Hopefully more evidence against Tamara piles up soon.
