I thought she was sneaky after she lied to Snow about the portal only taking one. But last night added a whole new list of sneaky ordeals our good fairy has been in on.
First off, at this point in time Regina has done nothing to provoke Blue to say that she is hopeless. In fact we can assume the last big thing Regina did was save Snow (based on the timeline as we know it now). Doesnt seem very hopeless to me. She skipped out on lessons with Rumple, showing that she wanted to get away from that life. But did blue care about that? Nope. Yet she has this bad image of Regina in her mind for no reason.
I have read some theories about Blue seeing the future, so maybe she saw what Regina could become. But if you were so good, wouldn’t you do everything in your power to try and stop that fate from coming true?
Not sure how I feel about Pan and Blue working together, though they have obviously each been alive for hundreds of years. But i will finally say that perhaps… just maybe… blue isnt as perfect as Snowing thinks.

Was she just interested in Regina’s happiness, or as much in her very own happiness to be called a good fairy if successful? Was she acting out of truly felt hope and empathy for Regina or more based on hope for herself or both? Did she ask herself, if Regina was ready to meet her possible true new love, did she stay around to help if need be, or did she assume, some pixie dust and fate and love does the rest? Regina didn’t call for help when she was falling, not out loud at least, what gave Tinker Bell the right to interfere at all? Can one actually kinda push happiness onto someone?
Selflessness? Well possibly not but Tinkerbell was trying to help Regina to get out of the grasp of Dark Magic. Then, when trying to rid the Dark One of an apprentice, she gets told by the Blue Fairy (I like Jenny’s suggestions of Navy) to cut it? If this isn’t suspicious, what is? The original power, thought to be the source of goodness wants to deny hope and fresh start to a girl who suffered from the hands of her own mother and has given in to the temptation of darkness? Why would she do that if it wasn’t for some ulterior motive. Also some of the reasons she gave were quite ridiculous: “No, don’t help her because her mother was Cora who ripped out hearts!”
As to what gave her the right? Let me rephrase your question, if you saw someone in a deadly situation or trying to commit suicide and it was within your power to help, would you let him die? This is what Tinkerbell found herself faced with and she decided to save Regina.
When Tink and Regina met through this and became close, it started to interfere with Navy’s plan to let the curse happen and so she tried to forbid Tink to interfere. When she saw that it didn’t work she made sure Tinkerbell would not derail her scheme by clipping her wings and turning her into a common person without access to magic.

When she said, “I was helping someone!” Blue seemed like that was enough to forgive being late and all the other mishaps. But when she found out it was Regina–even though Tink was innocent and didn’t know Regina’s backstory–it didn’t matter. That made it unforgivable.
I definitely think this ep gave us so much more to go on with puppetmaster Blue. I think she wanted Regina to cast the curse and is working with PP so “save” belief and magic in all the lands. Blue is basically doing whatever she has to do for the “greater good”.
I think the same sneaky fairy who broke up Dreamy and Nova also parted Neal & Emma “for the greater good”.
Don’t think she’s necessarily Evil, but is willing to count the cost and move on with the plan. Magic is dying. Her unbelief in Tink was ALL it took and the only reason why Tink could no longer be a fairy. What I took away from that scene is that it wasn’t even something Blue could help; it’s that belief is that powerful. Her unbelief in Tink took away Tink’s wings. Thus the running theme on belief running low…

And like I said Blue Fairy didn’t help Regina because her mother was Cora, but she helped Bae who’s father was Rumple! Her meticulous motives anger me, and I think that she’s working for Pan! If Blue had helped Regina before, Daniel would have never died!!! I do so blame Blue 20% for that tragedy with Cora having 40% and Snow 40%!!! If Blue had given Tinker a little more time with Regina(who was just angry and scared), then so much could have been avoided! If she had left Bae alone, all of this could have been avoided!!!!!! Regina could have had a wonderful life with Robin Hood! It’s Sneaky Blue’s fault!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

a) random
b) fate
c) the doing of Blue
d) Rumple’s work
e) Tinker doing a tiny bit of tinkering?
If you answer with c), then why should Blue have done that? To set up Tinker, to set up Regina, or maybe both? For what purpose, to frustrate both because Tinker failed and Regina couldn’t overcome her fear to let go? Because of some meticulous plan to reboost magic, or/and the believe in magic? Because she needed Tinker to go to Neverland and Regina to become all dark? Why not let Rumple do the dirty work (he was quite sure already very keen on turning Regina dark for his needs and on a good way to succeed, despite Regina being a tad hesitant that day)?
Out of those options, I guess I’d be most likely to choose fate, because Regina is ultimately fated to be with Robin, and that possibility got planted in her mind as a result of her meeting Tink, which was a result of the balustrade breaking.
I think that Blue’s role in this ep was basically to delay Regina’s fated, eventual happy ending, because for right now, Regina was needed to cast the Curse.
We now know (if we take Pan at his word, and he’s many things but so far we have no proof of him being a liar) that magic has been dying out in all the lands, (which we’d suspected for a while with the last enchanted tree, and the last bean and whatnot)…
If that’s the case, then of course Blue would want to see the magic restored…
The way the magic can be restored is by Henry…
In order for Henry to be conceived, his parents had to be in a specific place at a specific time…
Emma ended up in her specific place and time because she was sent there by an enchanted tree in a plan that was suggested by Blue…
Neal had to end up in NL so he wouldn’t age and die before Emma was even born. If Rumple has tangled with Pan before, then Pan’s chances of snatching Bae weren’t great as long as he was in Rumple’s custody, but then Bae went down a portal alone, with a bean that had been given to him by Blue.
Therefore, IMO Blue has been working with Pan in an effort to get this Curse cast.
The road to hell is paved with good intentions… What were Tinkers intentions to help Regina? Pure selfless goodness? Exactly. Bae’s father also ripped out hearts, but Blue was plenty eager to help Bae. And while it’s true that Regina had actually associated herself with Rumple by that point in time, she wasn’t yet consumed by dark powers. That didn’t happen until she showed up in black for the first time and ripped out the gypsy’s heart. The Regina we saw in 303 was not beyond saving yet, but Blue saw to it that she wasn’t saved.
As for Tink helping Regina in an attempt to redeem herself in some way, that’s entirely possible. But if in trying to redeem yourself you’re inspired to help someone else, is that a bad thing?
As to what gave her the right? Let me rephrase your question, if you saw someone in a deadly situation or trying to commit suicide and it was within your power to help, would you let him die? This is what Tinkerbell found herself faced with and she decided to save Regina.
