Just saw this behind-the-scene picture. Amazing in what depth they do the props. I’m not even sure you can see it on the actual footage.
Now I also understand why MM and the children were sitting outside …

Another blue-bird-object I just recently found, was the sugar pot in The Heart is a Lonely Hunter (the flower scene).

Obviously there’s the live blue bird in The Pilot with both Snow and MM. It also appears in Heart of Darkness (most epic scene ever, lol).

Can you remember any other blue bird connections? I also remember there being some glas bird in MM’s bedroom, but I don’t think it was blue.

Anyway, thought I’d just share. ^^

Found this while looking for symbolize of Blue Birds. There seem to be many similarities with Snow’s story.

Interesting. o.o I always wondered why the Disney film had those blue birds. It seems probable they may have taken them from this story. Or they just liked blue. 😆
