HE:
2) Regina blames Emma like she still blames Snow for Daniels death. So I wonder if she will do the same thing to Hook and Emma like she did with Snow and David broke them up and created a curse. Regina hasn’t changed still no apology to the town or Snow etc. It has always been what Regina wants and she could care less what others want.
WR:
Ummmmmmm….can I just be the billionth person to say that Regina has SHOWED her remorse to Storybrooke! How many times has this woman saved the entire town and her family, and only got screwed over in the end??? And as for Snow, well I’m just happy that 3×18 Bleeding Through showed HER apologizing sincerely to Regina! Because child or not, she set off a horrible chain of events telling that one secret.
All other things aside…Regina will not revert back to her former evil side, but I think the hurt will put her in a not so good place.
Regina will basically shut everyone besides Henry out of her life, and probably never leave her house. The side we’re going to see is a very depressed, very hurt, and unstable Regina, who feels as if she’s finally defeated.
This is what we will see:

Regina will continue to be a huge focal point of the story (yayyy!) and face a difficult new challenge in her character growth. She won’t revert totally, but she is going to have to deal with serious demons. (which Lana excels at in her characterization) The complexities multiply. I don’t think she is going to go quietly into the night regarding Marion. (Marion, an ICON in the legend of Robin Hood, deserves her own happiness with her husband and son as well. If they don’t water down her character to mealy-mouthed nothingness, this could be…awesome) The balance of Regina’s joy and anger, in front of Robin and Roland and her past with Marion is going to be …very entertaining. She’s an intense mess of emotions!
With Emma’s newfound courage, love and self-awareness, her magic will be even stronger, and so will her protective “family/people she loves” streak. A bold and audacious (grin) power. Regina, who has been very impressed with Emma’s magical skills, respects that power. She can’t really control her or easily defeat Emma. The two, who share much besides Henry, will be delicious foils for each other. Neither one of them is really wrong in their emotional attachment to the whole Marion dilemma.
When Elsa is tossed in there (and I haven’t seen Frozen, but love the original Snow Queen tale), the strength and awe of three female power houses will make for some genuinely intriguing possibilities.
I hope A&E are up to the challenge they have created for themselves 🙂

Payback is going to come, and it’s going to keep coming for every life she took, or every life she ruined. If she thought that just “turning good” would make up for all the horrible things she’s done, she’s deluded.
She can be mad at Emma, but Emma hasn’t done anything wrong. (Well, except hitting Marian over the head with a huge tree branch and abducting her to a cursed town). Emma rescued Marian, saved her life, and reunited her family. Emma absolved Regina of the blood of one victim which she would have otherwise murdered. Emma also did all this while preserving the timeline.

It’s going to hurt Regina, but she’s got to go through some things to get to redemption, and her biggest flaw is that she expects that completing a couple good deeds (that were usually to absolve wrongs that she committed) is going to lead to her redemption. So, if anything, it’s an amazing thing that Emma brought Marian back. WHEN Robin found out about Regina’s hand in killing his wife and his son’s mother, (by possibly burning her alive, as I can assume that was the preferred method of execution from ep. 22), Regina’s life would be screwed, not because Robin died, but because Robin would absolutely hate her. He’d never let her near his son, or himself. Ever. Again. Regina and Robin are still “destined” apparently, so something will probably happen that drives Robin and Regina back together again. However, If Marian was still dead, their “true love” would immediately sag and shrivel like aging skin.
Emma really saved Regina’s a** here. She preserved the timeline, and saved someone’s life. She truly didn’t do anything that deplorable, and if Regina punishes her or everyone AGAIN, but this time because her attempted execution of an innocent woman was prevented, I will be very annoyed. There is good villainy, and there is making someone selfish, clueless and unfairly entitled in a very redundant way. If she flops again, in the same way we’ve seen her flop before, this will make it more difficult to root for her redemption (Goodness knows Rumpel has headed there, for quite some time with me), and really make me lose more faith in the writers. We’ve already seen them just pass that Regina has absolutely no regrets for what she’s done, now depending upon if they play this badly, it’ll be shown that she has also learned nothing from her past. Therefore redemption will =0.
However, if she handles the situation by just being angry without harming anyone or deterring any plans, I will consider this situation character growth. But knowing Once, I don’t think this will happen. Marian will die whether Regina is good or not (because PoCs shouldn’t exist for too long, I guess), then, Regina and Robin will get “jiggy with it” once more, with little conflict or mention of Marian thereafter. *sigh*

Some tension between Emma/Regina again might be good but… urgh I feel like they’re throwing away so much development. Like I totally understand that they need to show how she deals with loss now to show that she’s changed but they could at least show it not destroying her so much.
