You may be onto something Phee. To me, it sounded as if King Xavier had a Spanish accent, including the lisp when he pronounced the letter s. So, if Prince Henry were Latino, that’d help to explain Regina’s Latina looks. The only remaining issue in my mind is that Henry Sr. didn’t appear to be Latio. Also, perhaps King George and Prince Henry had different mothers, but the same father, helping to explain how they could be half-brothers.

Henry Sr. is portrayed by Jose Anthony Perez (Tony Perez) which is Latino sounding to me, but he was born in Virgina so he might look as Latino as the man they picked to play Young Henry Sr and King Xavier.

Yeah, I’ve never thought Henry Sr looked particularly Latino either…but when I looked up the actor’s name just before…Tony Perez…born Jose Anthony Perez…yeah, he’s pretty Latino. 😆 And the actor cast as King Xavier, Joaquim de Almeida, is Portuguese.

I think all this just disproved Rumple as Regina’s father theory. *happy dance*

    Is it 8pm yet?

I can’t believe it didn’t occur to me before now, considering that I saw a pic of the guy playing Young Henry a few days ago. 😆

Henry Sr looks much more Latino when he’s not in costume….

    Young Henry…

    King Xavier…

I do see a resemblance now. Poor Henry, the years of being married to a witch like Cora made him look hunched over and defeated. To think that he started out life so kind, noble, and handsome only to become a whisper of his former self, though he did maintain his compassionate heart right up until the very end when Regina murdered him. Regina, the daughter he raised with paternal love and affection, killed him. I think he, more than anyone else, was a true victim of Cora’s wickedness and Regina’s decent into evilness. 😥

Henry Sr. really got the short end of the straw, didn’t he? And we still don’t know how he got to Wonderland, but I’m guessing it wasn’t for tea with the missus.

What of Henry was in love with Eva? Think that would be a good enough reason for Cora to destroy her?

I thought they were setting up Eva to be Henry’s intended, but the ball scene in the extended sneak peak seems to show that the King was trying to marry Henry off to anyone with enough money. Eva appears in just the first little bit, but I suppose she could come back later in the story so that Cora's hatred of her isn't just their one interaction when Eva trips her.

    MegaBuzz: Regina’s Revenge
The Evil Queen rides again! How will Regina get her revenge on Once Upon a Time? — Alison
NATALIE: “All bets are off,” Lana Parrilla tells me and adds that Regina with be more than pissed off with both the Charming Family and Rumplestiltskin. “I think she’s more dangerous than she’s ever been. She’s even more dangerous because… she makes the choice to be the bad girl again and that’s scary because she’s just so angry. Her relationship with Rumple before was a game, but now I think she’s going to really go after him.” http://www.tvguide.com/News/Mega-Buzz-New-Girl-Following-Spoilers-1062691.aspx
