Was she in SB before the 2nd curse? We know that she was from the photo, but that means she was cursed and everything, and did she show up to SB the same time Emma did? Wouldn’t the Mayor (Regina) know? I’m so confused.

I too am highly confused but from what I figure Snow Queen came here either before or after the curse was casted and at some point adopted Emma, then she erased Emma’s memories and went back to the EF. Emma eventually came to SB, broke the curse, etc but then everyone went back to the EF. The second curse was casted and the snow queen was taken during that one… Or something…? I really don’t know >_< I am HIGHLY confused with a lot this season to the point where I can’t even form proper theories

The census records were for both Curses, weren’t they? And she didn’t show up in either? I’m assuming those census records were magically created to record everyone who came over? I guess she either just came on her own both times, or, if she’s able to remove memories, maybe she can also keep herself removed from magically created census documents she’s supposed to be in. So really, we don’t know.

But I think she probably didn’t come in the first Curse, and came to our world after the fact by her own means, to try and find Emma, (if Emma was her motivation, there’s not much point in her coming to our world pre-Curse because Emma wasn’t here yet).

Then I think after knowing Emma as a teen, she lost her, and so after that she went and shacked up in SB, knowing that eventually Emma would end up there and she could try again.

At the end of 3B, she probably got sent back to wherever she came from, because everyone in SB went back, even if they hadn’t come with the first Curse.

Then she probably got swept up and brought back to SB with Snow’s Curse, (though if she made her own way here before, she could have just done it again after Snow’s Curse too).

did people in Arendelle get swept up by the curse? Or is Arendelle considered a seperate place from the EF

I think it’s a separate place, but in the same world as EF, I think they just banned magic.
