“Your boy.” Whale said. Then he put the picture down softly, as the wheels turned in his mind. “Lets see if he can’t change your mind, your highness,” He whispered through gritted teeth. He wouldn’t hurt the boy, but he figured Regina cared for him…he remembered the way she cried in his arms as the life slipped out of the lad.

“Change my mind about what exactly, Frankenstein?” Regina’s low voice filled in the walls and seemed to be coming from everywhere, yet nowhere to be seen. “Is this about your brother? Your dear dear brother that you had… killed?”
Whale completely stopped. His face instantly grew pale….and his breathing was sharp and irregular. “How…..how could you know about that?” He forced out, in a moment of weakness.

Regina felt the change in the tone of his voice. So family was his weak point, how fitting! She looked at the item she picked from the Oz box, suddenly it felt so much more useful. Time to start the show.
Whale struggled to gain control of himself…he could see his brother. In his mind’s eye….his brother….the guilt he had carried with him over and across worlds. Then he pictured Regina, ready to pick his weakness apart. He would not look weak to her, he could not look weak to her.

“Tell me, Frankenstein” Regina’s voice suddenly came right from behind his ear “What is it that you want the most?” She touched his shoulder, very slowly stepping in front of him, circling him like a predator. A predator with a wide, mischievous smile.
“The name is Victor.” he hissed, undaunted by her sudden appearance. “And I want blood..or information.” He said, stepping one, two, three steps toward her, so that he was close enough to feel her breath. “How do you know about me, and do you have your magic?”

My Character: Mulan
She came awake slowly. It had been a wave — some kind of a wave that had passed through the Enchanted Forest — that had knocked her down and sent her mind reeling. She reached out instinctively, feeling the empty grass around her. She had lost someone, she felt, but she couldn’t quite remember who . . .
Regina laughed and rested her hands on her hips, piercing Whale with her dark eyes – she was definitely regaining her Evil Queen mannerism, all was missing was some kind of exquisite dress and hairdo. She walked slowly towards the box on the floor, making sure Whale’s watching her every move.
“My dear Victor, so impatient! It really is clouding your mind, can’t you see the answers for yourself?”Victor did watch her every move..waiting for some fireball that he would have to flee from. Should he stay here, or should he run for it? He decided to wait a minute, as the box on the floor intrigued him. “No, I can’t…the downside of science is that it does not have as immediate effect as magic.”
