Love how Neal noticed the keychain around her neck too. He might believe her line about keeping it to remind herself not to trust, but how will she explain the car? She actually still loves him too. Love how he went to protect her from Rumple, and the ‘bad impression’ that they were talking about in the spoilers was Rumple threatening Emma.

Some people on tumblr seemed convinced that Neal is no longer in love with–but it seems better that they are not falling over each other. Emma is hurt. Baelfire has a lot to deal with–just found out his has a son, Emma hates his guts, and his father still looks to magic to solve his problems and has clearly not learned.

I think Neal is still TOTALLY in love with Emma. He’s just very shocked to see her. Which brings up a point I was wondering: he didn’t seem to realize it was Emma, so why was he running?
