I agree, Tammythebear! I was there and it seemed like most of the questions were either directed TO Kitsis and Horowitz, or the actors didn’t feel comfortable answering so K and H took the question anyway. Most of the moderator’s questions were spoilery and the actors had obviously been told not to reveal anything. I was disappointed that Colin and Josh basically said nothing. Lana, Jen and Ginny spoke a bit, as did Robert. But it was mostly Kitsis and Horowitz, due in large part to the nature of the questions being asked. I think the questions we have about Neal and Emma might have revealed too much about upcoming events so they chose to say nothing. It was still fun being there with all the Oncers and I did get some good photos, so it was a good day!

I agree, Adam and Eddy seem to really like the love triangle idea. (sigh) Just sit back and enjoy the ride, I suppose.
At least we got about 12 minutes of Swanfire before Tamara showed up.
I still believe that SwanFire is totally endgame but we all know they’re not gonna make it easy for us or the characters to get to that point so I’m ready to go down with the ship too. I agree that any type of Neal/Bae/Emma questions might have been too spoilery which is why they didn’t talk about it much during the panel. I’m all right with that as long as we get a few morsels of goodness along the way (and our endgame at some point!).
Emma’s face when she heard who Tamara was just broke me. She needs a hug in the worst way right now. 😥

He’s her true love and she didn’t just get over him and the way he skirted around it, he’s not either. I mean he called her his “friend” and he said “It’s complicated” There’s more to that story and I think she’s just a plot device to cause drama
I just realized I posted this picture to Twitter because it was funny- but forgot to share here. My daughter Savanah gave this to me- it was apparently something for her language arts for a story they were reading…. hehehe

Phoenix, Palm Trees, and Swan Fire

In Greek the word phoenix can also be used for palm tree.
Phoenix is where Neal stole the watches. Phoenix is where Emma did time. Tamara’s name, literally, means palm tree.
Swan Fire. The fire bird ship.So ‘Neal’ attempts to start a home on a stable palm tree (Tamara) but is reborn as Baelfire – which is what I consider happened last episode, especially with saying ‘Papa’ again. And the fire brings about the rebirth of the FIRE BIRD!
and also…Right at the top of the tree, the Phoenix built a nest with the cinnamon bark and lined it with the fragrant leaves.
Cinnamon? Who loves cinnamon? Emma Swan, her mother and her son the cinnabon king.
Just in case Emma didn’t have enough ties to the phoenix myth alongside Neal.I think the love triangle will start to appear because when that was brought up, CO and JM were sharing some peculiar looking side glances at each other… while GG made that excellent “Baby Daddy Momma Lover” comment….
woah on so many levels!! I didn’t know that the legend of the Phoenix had anything to do with palm trees. With Neal being BaelFIRE and the all of the Phoenix connections with his character- to have Tamara (which means palm tree) tied in is incredible. Good job on finding that info, and thank you for sharing- I literally feel like my mind was blown. 😯
btw had to share the phoenix link on twitter it rocked my mind so much… and that tumblr page with the photos on the jolly roger and all of those gifs…. AWESOME! (although Emma in the back of the pirate ship not so awesome).
