I’m a bit confused about Rumpel’s father and the spinsters: wasn’t a young Rumpel and a ‘father’ cast for Manhattan? Maybe they edited it down thinking it was too much backstory with the rest of the episode? 😆
We need to keep the love going in this thread: such wonderful posts. I’m editing my first swan fire video and will be linking ASAP. Guess we can all load up on the fan art, fics, and analyzing Emma and Bae’s facial reactions scene by scene to get through this next hiatus!
How long does everyone think it will take until Bae sees their bug in Storybrooke?
[adrotate group="5"]The only father and son casting that springs to mind for me is Ben and Owen, but I don’t know where they will actually fit in or their episode off the top of my head. I wasn’t thinking they’d be Rumple related, but that would be interesting. I’m very intrigued by Rumple’s dad and the spinsters, as well as the cycle of abandonment.
Swanfire deserves all the love! Been enoying having more action on the tumblr tags for it. Can’t wait for your video! Loading up on Swanfire goodies and discussions sounds like a perfect way to pass the hiatus. <3
Yeah …I would think that the Swanthief/Swanfire merger would make the ship pretty big at this point…I think a lot of people that don’t look for spoilers are going to be disappointed with the Tamara reveal in The Queen is Dead though. As for vids…I won’t be making any for a while…gotta work and pay the bills now lol…but I have a few links in my signature for those that haven’t already seen them. I only did it for a month and half but it was fun to do.

If I’m not mistaken I think we even had a picture of young Rumple posted on one of the threads.

I haven’t been able to get an image in my signature for a couple of weeks now…it wouldn’t accept my new banner and when I tried to upload my old one it refused that one as well…but I like your banner…mine read “What I really want is you” also. lol guess that is common for Swanfire banners.

I guess more than us are having problems with putting pictures in the signature…. maybe something we should ask the moderator. I would LOVE to see your banner especially since it has the same line! I keep telling my hubby I am such a nerd for sitting here all day making fan art and reading the forum, but atleast I know there are others out there dedicating their time to OUAT LOL. And I am glad you like my banner :geek:

There is a thread in the Tallahassee section called What I really want is you that is an appreciation thread for MRJ/Neal and most of the Swanfire shippers.
This thread, the Tallahassee Neal lovefest thread, and knowing there were other SwanFire fans to talk to is what made me want to start posting here!
One other place where I talk with other fans is all about Hook and Emma and the other one is obsessed with Rumbelle (which is their prerogative of course) but I have a soft spot for Neal and Emma and have since their story was told in Tallahassee. I just love them together and totally agree that they are probably endgame, but of course their journey back to each other isn’t going to be easy. Why would these guys make anything easy for us?! They’re going to drive us all totally bonkers, LOL 😆Fave Neal/Emma Moment from Manhattan: When they first meet in the alley and are surprised to see each other. I swear I’ve re-watched that scene more times than I care to admit and I crack up at Emma’s pouty thing when Neal walks away and at her comment, “HEY, I am the only one who gets to be angry right now!” every single time!

I agree that it’s not going to be easy for SwanFire, but that actually gives me a lot of hope because if they had Emma forgive him too easily, I would be worried that they were trying to achieve closure. Since they’re throwing all these obstacles at Neal and Emma though, it makes me more confident that SwanFire will be endgame.
