I am slightly offended that being an emma/neal shipper (which you already have stated you have a bias against) is the sole reason why there’s hate towards Tamara or that it is exclusive to this group. The hate is natural. It happens. It has nothing to do with intolerance or immaturity. Every fan clique has their moments where they say their piece about characters. There’s no need for the eye roll. (: Personally hate like this a par of the course (maybe you’ve been on different type of boards?) when coming to characters (and ones that are being shipped) honestly I have seen it for celebrities as well.
I didn’t know it was against the rules to include an eye roll smilie when posting a comment. And do you have any other explanation as to why there are many rants and slams against the Tamara or the actress who plays here . . . before anyone has a chance to know her character?
In the previous post and this post I interpreted as very condescending. I was simply saying that the emotional response of the eye roll was unnecessary. However if you feel you need to be so aggressive in your rudeness I suppose you have every right. I will have to then dash any modicum of respect I might have had for you and simply ignore you. If you cannot handle any sort of criticism back towards your specific behavior then that is more an issue with you.
Although I still do assert the possibility that you are unfamiliar as to how protective fans can be of their shipping and even extending to celebrities. Yes it can be overwhelming but generally once the emotional response is over generally it’s peaches and cream. You have people espousing hate over a new character, and you have people leaving the board/hating the show because their favorite character is not featured enough. People are passionate about their characters. Then you have those who will literally take a two second glance to solidify the shipping. They are all shades of the same passion. That’s the driving force behind all the immediate knee-jerk reactions.
I am sure you and I are decent posters I simply believe that passionate responses are par of the course that will usually subside as time goes on. However I’ve added my part and my theories and if they are ignored to focus solely on the negative as a way of pointing out a negative as a group as a whole then so be it.
Well welcome to the boards. I will try to be civil from here on out and suspect that our crossing paths will be limited. (:
playarita, I think you are an absolute sweetheart! I don’t think you need to bother responding to that new poster in future, since they seem to be purposefully trolling on this thread. They start out with post about intolerence that does nothing but spew their own intolerance and ends with an inflammatory comment that is designed to provoke Swanfire/Neal fans. When someone is offended, which was the intention of their first post, the troll attacks them with a condescending response to ensure further replies. It’s textbook troll behavior trying to incite a flame war. It just doesn’t really work around here since this is a friendly community even with our diverse ship tastes. *hugs*
Rumple Love, hope you’re back to full worldliness soon, but you are more than welcome to ramble at me as much as you want in the meantime. I like your posts! They aren’t full of nothingness.

Might this be Tamara’s? (Not that I think a bowling trophy would help us decipher if she has a FTL identity or is just good at fitting in in the real world, just thought I’d point it out. It explains why he had that particular item….unless there’s some random bowling fairy tale I’m not familiar with of course!)

Will Tamara be let in on the truth? Or does she already know?
Horowitz: Tamara met Neal in the real world. They fell in love and got engaged. Now, Neal is caught up in something that no regular person could possibly conceive of. How is she going to react to that? Or not react to that? Is he going to keep it from her? These are the questions we intend to pose, in addition to the more important emotional question: How does this affect Henry’s family, which is now expanded in many, many ways? Tamara is now a wild card thrown in the mix and we’re really excited to show you how it’s all going to play out.I think this seems to confirm that Tamara is NOT a Neverland character, and most likely not from any other realm.

On Once Upon a Time, does Neil’s fiancée possibly have a fairytale background? –Tedi
Ooh, I like this question. Let me say this: Soon enough, you won’t be wondering who Tamara might be so much as wondering what the [bleep] her agenda is.
😈 😆 😥 😕 😕 😕 ❓ ❓ ❓*faints* *gets back up again* *wrings hands and tries to figure it out*

March 15, 2013 at 12:44 am #180046RumplesGirlKeymasterOooh. She has an agenda! GOOD! *cough*
I think she’s gotta be HER.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"March 15, 2013 at 12:44 am #180047HappyEndingsSpectatorTamara seems to be a normal person, not a FTL counterpart. But she might be a problem in terms of a normal person finding out about magic (but Jane said she could totally be lying).
Here is some good tips on an interview with Jane Espenson

Wow! If I’m actually right about Tamara being Her, I’ll be so excited. It opens up some really cool plot possibilites, imo. I’m nervous about it now though, because they seem to almost be making the possibility too obvious.
That wall quote is kinda odd. Not sure how to take it yet. Hopefully moved out of tbe way. Especially if she's got any questionable agenda. Go Swanfire!
March 15, 2013 at 1:55 am #180061SlurpeezParticipantI knew Tamara couldn’t be trusted; she just seemed a little too nice and trusting of her fiancé going off on a mysterious quest with his ex-girlfriend and his kid.
