I think that could be true that the “Book” was written by the WWW…I’ve been wondering if it was HER curse that Regina stole and cast–the person who makes Maleficient and EQ look “positively moral”. We all sort of assumed it was Pan or Rumple, but …maybe it was originally who knows but the writers take spaces and fill in different ways, leave room to shape their story.

But why would Neal go off on his own? I think he and Belle will bond and try and stick together

He wants to get back to his child and Emma. Belle has nothing to go back to.

I think Belle is going to talk to Aurora about how to retrieve Rumple’s soul they way she and Mulan successfully rescued Philip’s soul and returned it to his body.

Oh and Henry is like Harry in COS. It’s been a long time but what was Harry like in COS?
If memory serves correctly, in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Harry find the diary of Tom Riddle, a student who attended Hogwarts 50 years earlier, and who magically communicates with Harry through the diary. Perhaps Henry rediscovers his storybook and the author of it communicates with him. Just an idea.
Harry also had a stalker called Dobby, could talk to snakes, could hear a voice nobody else could hear, everyone was afraid of him, had his arm broken, had all the bones in his arm removed, had to grow all the bones in his arm back, followed spiders into the forest, killed the giant snake, was able to summon the sword of Gryffindor for showing true loyalty, saved Ron’s sister who would end up his future wife.
Well that’s an awful lot of different things that the article writer could be potentially referencing. So that spoiler doesn’t help much. LOL

I just would have liked to have seen theme really bond, but I guess we’ll have to make do with an episode or two – and knowing Belle, she’d encourage him. It would be nice, then, to see her interact with others……but her history says that won’t happen

But Belle is consistently being included in the group dynamic so far with Neal, Snow, Charming, Tinkerbelle, Emma, and even Robin Hood. She’s not just sitting at home.
