I’ll get screen shots soon, but did everyone notice the giant Aladdin poster behind Robin outside the hospital? The camera lingered on it for quite a long time.
Vote now: are we getting Aladdin/Jafar in S5?

The possible foreshadowing could be a coincidence or not. We’ll know for sure either by the end of this Season or the start of next Season.
Yes! I noticed that! Was it just because ‘yay for Aladdin, an amazing musical’, or are they planning on doing something with it? It definitely seemed like they made a point of getting it in the shot.
Also, there’s a possible in real life timeline goof. According to Adam and Eddy, Season 4 was still during early 2013. This scene took place before the 6 week time skip, so not much time has passed. Aladdin did not open on Broadway until March 2014, a year later. Granted, advertising for the show started months before hand, but I’m not sure if there were posters in NYC for it that early on in 2013. I can somewhat hand wave this possible oversight, but thought I should at least still mention it.
I noticed!!!!!!! And yes!!! No way that was unintentional!!!! Althouh I guess you could make the argument that the poster was just there because Broadwya is in New York so you are bound to see some promotions for things, but still!!! I say Jafar is packing his lamp as we speak and catching a carpet to SB soon

But really…how much of a threat can he be?????? What can he do that’s as bad as what all the villains before did?

He has the knowledge to change the laws of magic (something rump was not aware of?) and there are multiple sorcerers in town (Regina, Emma, Rumpel, maybe even Henry and the apprentice) that could help him do it. Even if he is bound to the lamp and to their bidding, he can always lure them into wishing for two other genies with promises of a happy ending and poof. He is once again all powerful.
Genie (blue genie from Aladdin) is actually the most powerful Disney character in existence. By that logic, Jafar should be the most powerful Disney villain since he has all his powers to an even greater extent (in the movie he wished to be an the most powerful genie). So yeah, Jafar could be a real big threat.

True…all very true. But what he is up against…I just have to wonder…
Jafar vs Regina, Robin, Will, Emma, Hook, Snowing, Belle, and potentially redeemed Rumple and Zelena.
The odds are definitely not in his favor…that is unless he raises a Genie Army for Season 5.
And Anastasia…WHERE IS ANASTASIA!!! They’ve been skirting around the question all season long…will we ever find out what happened to Anastasia!!!!!!!!!
