I don’t believe Henry will be much of an obstacle to CS happening. If he were S2 or S3A Henry, I would have concerns about his willingness to accept Hook as Emma’s boyfriend, but S3B Henry is a different kid. He’s not only a year older than he was, and more mature (I was really impressed with his attitude to Emma’s love life in New York City Serenade) but he also has dual memories. The old Henry probably would have clung to Neal as the “ideal” for Emma but now he has memories of the hurt his mother experienced with Neal and by his own admission, wants nothing more than to see his mom happy (both his moms actually, given how thrilled he was meeting Robin). Henry bonded with Hook and liked him, and I don’t see that changing. I’d love to have more Colin and Jared adventure scenes. Henry can introduce Hook to the joys of the GPS.

I agree. I think the situation Henry’s in right now and even Outlaw Queen will face next season is blended families. I have friends who are a part of blended families and coming from a girl who is used to a extended family beyond my parents, not everyone grows up with both their parents in their lives but still manage to have a fulfilling life. I’d really curious how Adam and Eddie address this.
And a huge “Henry” theme of 3B? Wanting his mom to be happy, to have a family and a home. So, if Henry sees something/someone makes Emma happy, I don’t think he’s going to try to end it or fight it….Henry’s transitioning from childhood to his teenage years, and at this age, you begin to understand that just because something looks ideal on the outside, doesn’t mean it is
I agree and seeing how quickly Jared is growing and even thinking ahead what he would like to see Henry’s story go next (girlfriend), I would be shocked if Adam and Eddie suddenly make Henry act not his age in season four.
And Henry does have the benefit now of knowing the reason behind Emma’s pain when it comes to Neal, so I think he will understand that his mom needs someone who is really there for her.

(I know he didn’t have his memories and didn’t know who Hook was, but I don’t think that matters so much. Killian didn’t treat Henry any different) Since Henry and Killian have their own bond without Emma it would make Henry more excepting of Killian in Emma’s life. It’s not like Emma has been seeing some guy and then has to introduce him to Henry later on and hoping/expecting Henry to be okay with the new person in her life. And Henry wants his mum to be happy and if Killian makes her happy, he’ll be okay with it. Also, in the finale Killian was pretty much glued to Emma’s side at Granny’s. Henry’s a smart kid, he’ll work out what’s going on. 😉
I don’t think Snow would be an obstacle either. Charming obviously knows what “Charles” did and what he would do for his princess. I would hope Charming has a little word in Snow’s ear about that. I think they’re going to see Killian in a totally different light after the finale/in S4

Glad they included our family show in among the others (grin). Every hot promo needs a gorgeous, blue-eyed, tingle-to-the-toes, long, luscious sigh-inducing, day-dream creating, sassy-sultry rapscallion-heart-throbbing -scruffy-leather-wrapped Pirate of perfect pulchritrude to make the romantic soul swell a little. Well, OK, a lot.

I haven’t seen the promo yet (@ work) but I can already anticipate the whining now….which made me realize and giggle –
The ones constantly complaining and saying people can’t see past and only like Hook because of the leather and pretty face ARE THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO CAN’T SEE PAST THE LEATHER AND PRETTY FACE! The rest of us can see Killy just fine thank you!
And seriously stop the crying kids and find something new to shout cause if I have to hear the ‘they killed Neal for CS’ or ‘CS is only a misdirect for SQ’ or any other hooey I may blow! (This has nothing to do with anything specific I just can imagine the nasty thanks to all the crap ‘fans’ have been pulling lately…someday they may just realize they’re their own worst enemy…no, no they won’t)
