Has anyone heard of a character referred to as the cat man? I was listening to another podcast and they mentioned that some thought that Kurt Flynn was the cat man and that was someone I had never heard of.

[adrotate group="5"]It’s actually “Cap Man” – there’s a random guy who wears a cap and shows up in a lot of the episodes as a background extra, usually at Granny’s. They always joke that he might someday be important. (It’s from the Once Upon A Time Fan Podcast with Jeff & Colleen Roney).
I’m pretty sure it’s not Kurt though, as he should remember who he is the entire time and should be trying to run / find his son. My guess is he’s tied up in the basement.

Maybe Regina had something from ET that could take the memory away of a person, to be safe when somebody would begin to remind.
