    Peter pan has always had cuffs. I thought it was style, but maybe there’s something more to it? could it be that he is bound to neverland? maybe those pictures where he becomes an adult again after being stabbed mean that once he’s an adult he won’t be so horrible to his son anymore? he didn’t seem like such an awful father when he hugged young Rumpel…

    No. The cuff on Peter Pan is from the Home Office of S2 that they put on Regina to bind her magic.

    I think those cuffs may just be style since Pan has been able to leave Neverland, so he isn’t bound there.
