Henry has reached the final chapter of the book and according to Isaac, the Savior will fight the last battle and no one wants to be around to see this. What do you think this could herald? Can anyone prevent the final chapter or this is really what happens to every story?
Didn’t Issac say something about the finale chapter before this and that we would not want to see it or that it should not be written? I think the finale battle will be the black fairy and Emma. We only saw the hooded figure in the vision and I believe the podcast said something about how small the feet where and that they looked like women’s feet (this was in the beginning of the season like in the first couple of episodes) so maybe the black fairy is under the hood. I think this needs to be the finale chapter and would end the series nicely.
Anyone want to hazard a guess as to why Henry was writing in runes instead of English for the Final Chapter/Battle?

It looks like Gregg shorthand to me, which would be an Author-y thing to do.

I’m honestly guessing its just to make things creepier and more supernatural looking. Like Isaac said, its the Author Powers taking over, so this really could be some kind of magical language. Isaac seemed to be reading it and we know Henry can write without doing it of his own will. Henry probably doesn’t know what is or means because he hasn’t been the author that long.
I guess its like some kind of author equivalent to speaking in tongues? Writing in tongues? Maybe we need an interpreter. Perfect time to introduce the Illustrator 😛
But yeah, his author powers are going haywire and writing the future in pure, raw, Author Language. I’m guessing. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Never heard of that before. Kinda cool!
Henry’s trance writing reminded me of this from Agents of SHIELD:
Coulson goes through a period where he keeps writing a mysterious message beyond his control. It becomes a major plot point in Season 2 of that show.

I think one of symbols (it looks like “2.”) is shorthand for “fearing”, or maybe “feeling”.
