You know the way they are treating this Hook actually does reflect the Hook from the Disney’s Peter Pan. 😀 Right? He is always being knocked out in that movie, which I might add are the funniest scenes from the movie. What can we do? Hook loves his floor. 😆 😆 😆 😆

us Hookers actually quite enjoy Flook and the love between Hook and his floor 😉
You girls just like the position that he is in 😆 Say, isn’t the rule that if it’s on the floor for 5 secondsor more, don’t eat it?
*should not have watched Ravenous last night…*
😆 Ah, the old five second rule. This is the five minute Flook though, so we’ve got a little bit more leeway. 😉

He’s becoming my favorite character because he he keeps coming back despite being undermanned against Rumple, Cora and Regina. It’s really cool to have a villain who can’t go to magic to make an impact and really has to make up for it in other ways. From the couple of clips it seems Hook will have his moments before he weekly trip to the canvas.
Gotta give him points for persistence! He’s a man on a mission and he’ll get it done no matter how many times he gets knocked down tryin’.

I hadn’t thought of it like that before and actually when you think about it Hook has to contend against a magically powered Peter Pan in the movie and here against all magical villains

No really, sorry
😆 😆 😆 😆
My my, to say it’s the same dude which threatened and humiliated poor Rumpel on his boat.
That guy is a joke. And I’m going to upset Hookers but methinks he always was. Always will be.

I’d happily take Hook on the floor any day. Flook FTW! 😉
Seriously though…
@RumplesGirl wrote:He is very much the Wile E Coyote of OUaT right now. I think once we get past Cora’s story and probably start exploring Neverland (probably in season 3) they’ll stop making him so comical and let him be Captain Hook for real
One of the reasons I’m hoping Nealfire was in Neverland is because it could provide us with a great ongoing storyline where Hook would be a central character, instead of just being tossed around on the sidelines. I’d love to see NealfirePan and Hook having a complex relationship in Neverland, but not hating each other, I’d like it if Hook had played sort of a father figure role to him. That would make the present day situation of Hook vs Rumple and Nealfire stuck in the middle ripe for confusion and angst from all three of them, and would give Colin some juicy material to sink his acting chops into.
I’d also love it if they made Ariel a Neverland resident, (as some have speculated, considering there’s a Mermaid Lagoon there), and tied Hook into her story somehow. I’m already totally shipping those two in my head, even though we have no indication that they ever met. 😆 Anyway, regardless of who it ends up being with, I want the guy to find love again with someone, which would also give him a meatier storyline than what he has now.
Father figure…..If any of that sums up to fans getting to keep a present-day Hook, then I like it!

But… That’s why he is fun! *Said the Golddigger with a thing for Irish men* I mean because he hurt RumpedearieI technically can’t stand him. But each time he turns on “The Charm” he makes me laugh.
Oh, Keeper of Hook’s “Charm” is still for grabs methinks. I don’t want it, but I am guessing one of you ladies will. Feel free to claim is.

Love it. It’s so accurate. I get the feeling Hook won’t be around OUaT past the midway point of season 3. They’ve really reduced his character.
You would think for a cunning pirate he wouldn’t be unconscious so much…
I hope that’s not the case. My post is supposed to cast a little bit of humor on something I don’t like. I’m using humor to highlight that between Wyle E Coyote and Flook, the way they are writing Hook has turned into a joke.
I’m disappointed as of yet too, but after reading the TV Line article, I’m feeing a little better. I’m still hoping they do more with Hook. The potential this character has is so big, and there’s so much room for them to do so much with his story, and so much that story can do with him in Storybrooke! I have to be honest. Captian Hook is my favorite character, but much as I like Colin O’Donoghue, if I think this is going to go nowhere….well, let’s just say that in my house, for right now, Once Upon A Time is on parole.
You were right about the 5-minutes in every episode thing. That’s something I really don’t like, either. I don’t understand why he hasn’t gotten much screen time, and much as I look forward to tomorrow’s episode, I kind of think it’ll probably be more of the same.
